Fernando Flats

We were very surprised with all the amenities provided. The staff was very helpful. Our apartment was ready early. Great location for the beach and walking. Definitely will be coming back. Thanks again for providing us with such an amazing place to stay.

A whole apartment for the price of a crappy motel in the area. It was beautiful and surprisingly fantastic! Would stay here again!!!

Stylish, budget friendly, comfortable place to stay near state park and Phil Foster park. The unit was very clean and had a lot of charming features. It is an old Florida motel vibe with modern flair. We could not hear neighbors, water pressure and air functioned great. Cable TV and we'll manicured grounds with a few activity options rounded out my high opinion of the Flats. The kitchen is on the small side if you are looking for an extended stay or want to do major cooking. They are no joke about the parking, if you don't prearrange or discuss the number vehicles, towing could occur. Didn't happen to us, but there were cars sticked during our stay.

Wonderful old Florida style property! Loved everything about it. You could tell the attention to detail that these people have put in to this little property to preserve the 1950s old Florida experience. This was one of my favorite stays ever. Thanks!

We visited for one night before our honeymoon cruise and we absolutely loved it. The flat felt so nice and homey, the location was great a short walk to the beach and small drive to the restaurants. Definitely would stay again if we come back down this way. Nice and easy convince of getting into the room. I loved using a code instead of keeping up with a key.

Location with excellent a small walk to the beach with perfect and being away from the center of the town was excellent Really enjoyed this day and we are planning to come back probably again next spring

The stay was pleasant and the amenities were very useful. We used the dryer, bought some ice cream, used the beach chairs and played cornhole. I would stay again! The communication was great and the flat was very clean.

Ferdinand Flats is a beautiful place, with thoughtful touches and beautiful, original decor. The rooms were spacious and clean and well appointed. The pool was perfect and it was only steps from beach access. We loved that we could borrow bikes and beach gear.

The location and price were excellent for a day at the beach and then checking out the nightlife around Palm Beach. If you are on a tighter budget, this is a great option! I also loved the chic-ness of the motel. Cool vibes in the courtyard and in the room. Plus a coffee maker with a jar of actual ground beans (versus pods or cheap nonsense) was a really nice touch. Didn't cook but used several dishes in the kitchenette, which seemed to be well stocked if you needed something. I like having some fan noise while I sleep. However an AC unit, an air purifier AND a dehumidifier all going was a bit much. Add in a lack of true blackout curtains (and no curtains, just the blinds, in kitchen) and the daylight got me up earlier than I would have liked. Luckily I brought my sleepmask. Also, I would have preferred the option for staff to make up the bed with the mattress topper before I arrived versus having me re-make the bed when I arrived.

One thing we did that was unexpected while there was we drove to a cute little place called Vampire Penguin

I loved basically everything about it. The location was exactly what my family wanted! Close proximity to experiences and things to do but not in the middle of a busy touristy spot. The room was spotless upon check in fully stocked with anything and everything we could need for our stay! The grounds were well kept and the pool was at the perfect temperature heated but still a slight chill to refresh you after a hot day at the beach! Also the free usage of the beach chairs and umbrellas was an added bonus!
