Convenient location, fully updated rooms and excellent customer service.

The room was newly renovated and the staff were very pleasant. I would stay there again.

Great hospitality from front desk agent, room was recently renovated and looked great, although there were no lamps in the room so that was odd, but the bed was great and the shower was pristine. Nice big tv to connect to Netflix and such. Would come again!

Would stay here again. Free parking! Compared to the other name brand hotels that charge high for parking. Continental breakfast was also a plus considering the room rate

The rooms and the bed were excellent and seemed very new. it was the room I would expect for a nice Hilton. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I think they are still upgrading the outside of the building, but the Rooms inside were excellent. Don't be fooled you will be very happy with your room and that is what is most important with your stay.

Friendly receptionist. Free parking. Exceptionally clean room & beds & bathroom. We enjoyed the free breakfast with hot waffles & can toast bagels, yogurt, coffee/orange juice - they filled our stomachs. Buzzing in/out of the locked office; very small reception area to rest/wait. The breakfast room was small which was ok for my family but got tight with guests coming into eat. The swimming area had a fence and was easily seen from the parking so we did not feel safe from view, so did not swim.

We have family in Riverside and when we visit we always stay here. We love the location, walking distance to good restaurants and the grocery store across the street has a great bakery. The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable. The continental breakfast is also very nice! The only think I did not like is the soft water. I'm not used to it and it feels like the soap doesn't wash off.

Very nice but room is...

I only had 2 issues one fixable by the owners; the heater/ air conditioner was not working. The second was it was noisy. I had a lower room and there were several families who met outside and were enjoying one another but I did not appreciate how loud they were after 10:00 pm.

We loved the easy check-in, the free parking, the comfortable room and nice walking distance to the areas we wanted to visit; the staff was very helpful and had a lot of suggestions for Riverside. We will be back.

Very nice little place and the beds were so wonderful. Enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was just right could have used a protein item but other than that it was yummy. Clean rooms!! So awesome 😎
