Everything was great for the actual stay! People were nice, breakfast was great, and location is great for all the other businesses around! Only thing I didnt expect was that the parking garage is on the side street (not towards front of property where GPS will take you) and fills up very quickly! You also are charged 30 a night for parking charged to the deposit of the room. While I understand since it is a busy part of town, it was unexpected when we arrived especially since it was so full we, among others, had much difficulty finding parking.

Obviously there isn't much the hotel can do about it but there were kids running through the hall all night and there were doors slamming at 6am as well. Thank goodness I had to wake up early.

We loved our stay. There is a cafeteria type restaurant/s in walking distance that was so yummy. Made meal planning easy.

There’s a fee for parking, but parking is limited, as parking is shared with another hotel. I had to park on the street. It was hard to find street parking and a parking spot in their parking garage

We stayed 5 days, due to our house having work done. 2 people and 2 cats. The room is nice, fridge and microwave no stove. The room itself was not clean, we found hair in the shower, Bobby pin on the floor, trash on the floor, crumbs everywhere. The ac worked but was very loud. The bathroom has a sensor lights, so it would go off when the person in the shower. Parking $29 a day, and they share the parkinglot with another hotel, so it was always hard to find parking. The breakfast was meh A couple cereals, toast, old muffins, waffles, fruit, under cooked chicken patty, and potato wedges. It was the exact same everyday. Then after checkout they tried to overcharge me 4 times. I had prepaid the room and paid $250 deposit on check in. Upon checking out they charged an extra $200 as they said they didnt show the deposit. Then they tried to charge it twice more, I had to block my card. I even showed them they took the deposit out 5 days prior.

Property is nice and clean and feels renovated. Big spacious rooms. The included breakfast was unexpectedly really good. My only minus is having to pay for parking, that adds up the to overall cost, but I guess it’s the same everywhere around.
