It's a modest but clean and well-kept motel with a nice, clean pool and friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint is that one night, there were people who seemed to be transients right outside my door, talking and smoking and keeping me awake, and it took 3 calls to the front office (who alerted security) to finally get them cleared out for the night. It ruined my rest for that night, but that was the one and only problem I had.

They should make allowances for customer's online not being aware of their different policies. Especially since this is not required at any other hotel I have ever booked over the many years. Even other Motel 6 does not have this policy. Never will I use the Motel 6 in Riverside, Ca or recommend them to anybody. We were stranded without a room. Fortunate we were able to find another hotel. No problems with check-In. Only my Id required.

No breakfast but yes there was coffee the staff was amazing the locks in the door didn’t close did let the staff know and shower curtain needed to be replaced but over all it was great I’ll for sure go back again Shower curtain and for them to check to make sure all doors locked

I stayed there before there used to be a lot of drug trafficking prostitutes drug addict but now I like the security checking you before you go in that is a good improvement It's probably just me but the beds weren't comfortable

Our room was weird. Shower head beats you to death. Front door doesn’t have any seal around it. Didn’t feel safe at all. Could have used a map of complex.

Nice and clean and safer than the past 3 visits of had in 3 years. Security enforcement was a big change! Will be coming back soon
