The price was great. There is a need for lots of maintenance.

I hardly ever write a review. This hotel was sincerely the dirtiest I have ever stayed in.

It may look clean in the pictures but humidity smell and abandoned cars everywhere..

Property and rooms are nothing like the pictures.

Unsafe place to stay room was definitely not clean and were roaches there I’ve to moved to a different hotel because it was dirty and uncomfortable

Black mold ,cockroaches ,hot tub had bugs come crawling from behing the wall tile and blood spatter on the sheets floor and bathroom door this is not a joke see for yourself and i couldnt even get a refund

roaches everywhere, smelled like pee. terrible stay honestly. i got there for them to tell me that they had canceled my reservation without any notice prior to me getting there. said i wasnt going to get charged since they canceled it but got charged anyway

Worst hotel ever. I only recommend you stay here if your desperate. They only changed sheets o our bed pubes in our tub, poop in our toilet shower was moldy and dirty honestly this is the type of place you stay if desperate but it’s legitimately worst hotel in the world. Staff didn’t even care to see the picture they already knew conditions of room!!

My reservation was canceled and I was not told beforehand until I got to the hotel. This unfair situation caused me to pay for another hotel at a higher price. Worst hotel experience in my life.

horrible area, horrible customer service and dirty rooms and outside area. NEVER coming back

The whole building was neglected and there was dog poop in front of the entry door of the room. The restroom was dirty and had not been thoroughly cleaned after the previous occupant(s) left.

Roaches, the door had been kicked in previously and not securely fixed. I did not feel safe here at all and hotels.com refused to move me and my family to a safe location.

The room still looked dirty

Staff Lacked support. Residue all over the floor, foreign objects on the floor, as if it hasn’t been swept in a month. 1 towel ? Red stains on the pillow, looked to be blood ??? My blanket/covers had a holes in it.
