The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The bed was soft. Don't drink the coffee in the room. The fee to bring your dog was crazy expensive! What's up with that?
-
Very nice stay. No coffee in the room no water. Have to purchase. Most places it’s complementary. Other wise wonderful
-
I wish the $10 bkfst was built into room rate. But not a deal-breaker.
-
Location Body wash dispenser was empty, room was small, breakfast was skimpy.

Very clean and well maintained. Close to restaurants and shopping. I’m from the area but moved away so I know the area well. I stayed here because I wanted to avoid the “touristy” areas and higher crime areas. I was very happy with my choice and would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom sink was dirty. The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was so hot you could melt a chocolate bar. We talked with staff. They said it was fixed but it wasn’t and didn’t give us a different room. The next day speaking with management they only apologized and said they would have moved us room. I’ll not stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it it either.

The staff were exceptional and helpful. The pillows were very uncomfortable. They need to have more support.

Bathroom was dirty walls baseboards. Wasnt impressed with the room for the price. Lobby was clean.

Bathrooms don’t have a ventilation system. Breakfast was sub-par for being $15.00/plate!

Nothing to complain about we were satisfied with everything. Wow we would definitely stay there again.

The handicap entrance is not ideally located. The parking for it is on either side of the entrance - you have to walk all the way around the lobby extension before you can enter the hotel. And forget trying to pull a wheelchair up over the curb in front of the entrance doors, or trying to step up with a walker because the curb is too high. It is very inconvenient for actual handicapped people. (The handicap rooms are great: it’s the entrance accessibility that is not great.)

I do not think the breakfast is worth $15.00/person! I just stayed at a Holiday Inn Express for a golf tournament last week and I received the same breakfast that was offered at Hilton Garden, for FREE (included with my stay). Most times I just need a quick bite to eat, to take my medicine with, and I cannot eat $15.00 worth of food. I hope this policy changes to better accommodate customers.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and the entry way is clean and beautiful and smells very fresh! I like how contemporary the entire hotel is and very clean, safe, and very comfortable! I will be back! I do not think the breakfast is worth $15.00/person!
