Extended Stay America Suites Albuquerque Rio Rancho Blvd

My family and I stayed for one night everything was great except for the shower heads. It's really hard to rinse yourself off when the water doesn't spray on you but around you. Other than that our stay was lovely.

The window in the room was broken and opened, and all I heard was cars going up and down the nearby Boulevard all night. There was all kinds of dirt around the window and window ledge. Other than not getting much sleep…

Nice place to stay if traveling for work, quiet property.

Clean room, great staff and great parking

Safe and very clean. Need a better mattress on hideaway. But, overall very nice.

Pet areas. 3rd floor was hard for this partially disabled senior. Especially with a pet.

We stayed 10 days as we transition from selling our home and relocating to Puerto Rico. It provided the comfort and convenience we needed. The suite was very clean and efficient.

You can hear everyone talking in their rooms, and when you walk the room looked it was a make shift room with a horrible spring bed! And to top it off when I took a shower cockroaches came out of my tub drain. I clothed myself grabbed all my belongings and asked for a refund and the guy stated it was thru a third party so he could not help and also tried to get me to understand that the roaches don’t hurt you!!!

Great hotel and staff, however, breakfast was not provided, only coffee. Otherwise great stay.

Affordable for last minute needs

The staff was very friendly! Location was perfect for our trip destinations. But, for a hotel that said "recently renovated" on its main web page, the place seemed to need a little more love: the room was mostly clean. The paint/doors had scuffs from many guests. The AC was loud, but worked well. Tub had a few stray hairs in it and a ring of dirt near the faucet, which came up easily with a Clorox wipe I packed with me. Tub struggled to drain when showering which got annoying. Dirty towels from prior guest were still under the sink, which is an easy miss since I'd never think to put my towels in there. Had to ask front desk for dishes for kitchenette and such. No hair dryer in the room, but perhaps that's something you need to ask for at the front desk too. Towels and beds were very crisp and clean which was reassuring. Place is quiet, guest-wise, but traffic is easily heard from location, which makes sense too. Overall, 3/5. I'd come back if necessary, but will likely go elsewhere when in the area if given the choice.

We chose this hotel because we were traveling with our dog and it states it was pet friendly.
