The hotel is clean and both management and staff does a terrific job

I requested King Bed but front staff said not have it just 2 double beds that my feelings very upset!

The guy at the desk wasn't very pleasant and reassuring when i asked about bed bugs upon arrival. But for the price, the room was pretty clean and comfortable. Slept there with my wife and kids.

The price is nice clean room nice staff wish there was a pool but other than that it was a nice stay

The rooms are clean. The staff is great. The owners do a wonderful job. The cleaning crew does a great job, so you cleans every day. Altogether, they have a great staff. It's quiet, no troubles.This is the place to go with no worries

Every time I make a reservation which is daily, I will make sure that this property gets five-star rating because this is a five-star hotel whether you believe it or not this place is well maintained cleaned no bugs the staff is on top of everything and I enjoy being here

My husband and I have been here for a while. When you look at the property from outside and all of the rumors about this property you would think that it's run down and filled with roaches and whatever else. To my surprise, the inside of these rooms were beautiful well maintained everything worked the staff is on top of everything they are friendly and treat you like family. The outside of this building as well since this is the first time I've been getting really close to it, as well maintained well maintained I think it's a beautiful property there's not even a cigarette butt on the pavement outside. If you're looking for somewhere to stay when you come into Richmond and yourself of the border at the border that's what I call it over here, then the White House motel is where you need to be

There was nothing to like. The rooms. Rooms are very old fashioned and old. Smells bad and the AC was so loud.

Dirty. The entire room was dirty. The filth.

Please make sure that the room is clean. Linens were not changed & washed.

There for 9 days sheets were never changed and towels were not clean properly

I booked a king size bed room. The attendant gave me the keycard. The room smelled really bad and the smoke alarm had a bag over it. Non smoking room. I had them move me. Second room, door would not open. I think the deadbolt was locked and people were inside. Door would not budge. Third room, last room they had available, smelled, had mold in shower corner, had a toothbrush in the window, had a disconnected room phone on the shelf. It made me feel like the room was unclean, but I had to sleep somewhere. On top of that, it looked like the next room over had someone living there and taking care of stray cats. The hotel has a sign saying no pets. I got there around 10pm, and the neighbor had his door open, was sitting in a chair, and cats were going in and out. At 6:30 am, it was the exact same condition. Also, when connected to the WiFi, I could not get enough signal to do anything.
