Studio 6 Extended Stay - Richmond, VA - I-64 West

Nice clean space !

Called prior to check in - to make sure we were all set for our arrival- that’s when they told us that they no longer had any double beds . So I guess they assumed 2 of us should sleep on the floor?? This place sucks . And completely unprofessional.

Nothing! Booking.com the night make sure there was rooms available for me! Property was in a shady part of town

It was not clean the rooms need attention the hallways have a bad smell I was happy about my stay but I had already paid my money

I was supposedly in a nonsmoking room in a nonsmoking wing. The room REEKED of stale cigarette smoke everywhere. It was disgusting. And the TV wouldn't turn on. Terrible experience.

The room was not clean. There were still fingerprints and food on the microwave. The stove top did not work, and I found hairs in my bed when I pulled the covers back. The only plus was the dual showerhead.

I like the fact that they are very friendly especially Mr Edward and Lamar they really do generally care if anything goes wrong you let them know it gets fixed right away Really didn't have nothing I didn't like

Worst hotel stay in many years. Dirty, air conditioning was funky and no bath towels. Go elsewhere!

Room was not what we booked. Substitute room had two swayed, full size beds, not queen-sized as booked and required, with holes in the linens. The floor was sticky, The rooms smelled of smoke and something worse. Cabinetry was falling apart. Walls, doors, lighting, floors, etc., in the hallways also lacked any form of basic maintenance. It was repulsive. Had to cancel and argue to get a refund for failure to provide what was booked. We had to look for alternative lodging at midnight - not pleased.

I booked this reservation and was told rooms weren't available when I went to check in that night. It was said that the property could not update the room availability and that booking.com was responsible for me not having a reservation. I paid for the room in advance and have not been refunded yet even though there was no rooms available.
