Nice staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast selections.

Disappointed and may not return.

Our first night and morning staff, Nellie and Carla, were fantastic. They were kind and friendly, and very helpful and attentive. Are next 2 nights left a lot to be desired. Both night, extremely loud and disrespectful. Arrived between midnight and 2am, with children in tow.. The staff did not seem to be able to control the influx. Also, our shower had a HUGE crack in the back tile that staff apparently was unaware of. The cleaning carts were also very loud! The outside of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, and the property is in a run down area right behind a McDonald's and best to a Target. The room was $243/night. Totally not worth that much! We were absolutely exhausted when we left and felt totally overcharged for what we received and explained. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a decent property but not worth the $240 a night we paid. The property is a need or painting and trim repairs and the breakfast, while hot, is pretty basic but not bad. The coffee is decent. It's a budget hotel at best...not what I used to expect from a Hampton Inn or at $240 per night price point.

Great stay here with my wife and a friend! Visiting some friends in the area and this place was plenty close to the neighborhoods we needed to be in making it really easy to visit. Also close to some food options for a late dinner. Hotel was clean and well maintained and the breakfast was great! Typical hotel hot breakfast buffet set up that met expectations. All of the workers were super kind and helpful and I was even able to call the day before and request an early check in and they accommodate it! We had an event we needed to be at starting at 3 and wanted to be able to drop stuff off and change first, we were able to check in by 1:30 giving us plenty of time to do all that! Overall great stay and will definitely stay again if I’m in this area.

Very nice stay. The room was clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. Good for a quick night but I feel I could’ve stayed a few days and been very comfortable.

The property was fine I got there a little early and was told that I couldn’t check in until 3 which was fine I got back at 4pm and still had to wait and check in the receptionist could have been a little bit more in tune with customer by having some sort of communication a conversation instead of saying wait let me see if your room is ready and then come back and say your room is such and such I’m not complaining but I work in customer service so I’m big on communication and conversation I preach it to my staff members
