Best Western Plus Governor's Inn

Called Expedia and checked out immediately.

We liked the breakfast. The hallway carpets were filthy and stained. Generally the property was in good shape otherwise.

They had one of the best full breakfasts that we have had. Waffles with toppings, gluten free options, and unique juices. Super welcoming and the place has character!

Would not recommend . Not clean and very outdated.

It’s a very mediocre hotel. I don’t recommend it. I’m not used to this kind of second-rate hotel!

Staff was friendly. Room was large and clean.

The staff are very friendly especially the lady that handles the food and the counter staff.

Rooms are large. Everything is old. Bathroom is ancient, there is no bottled water in the rooms or for purchase (there were two vending machines, but both were out of bottled water), and there’s nothing nearby - not a gas station, a convenience store, nothing. Breakfast was very poor and the coffee smelled so bad. And all that for more than $180 per night, which is unacceptable.

Clean room, a bit above average breakfast, friendly staff in a somewhat dated property.

Staff was extremely friendly and did what they could to accommodate me once my cable tv went out by changing my room. My cale television and phone service went out in my room. Only the phone issue got resolved and I had to switch rooms and buildings. Also the room was not ready on my arrival.
