Nothing everything was good

The lady at the front desk was very rude every single day!! She didn’t want to even provide the WiFi password, her husband had to make her. I give this place 0 stars due to her rudeness. I advise no one stay here, it’s not worth it Staff

The floors looked dirty, the shower and faucets were out of date and looked a little dirty, and the bathroom window was unable to lock. There was also a lizard in the room, not sure how it got in. The freezer was frozen with ice.

AC was not on. It was very hot in the room. I didn't stay I left

Have stayed in better motels for less price than $76.72. For instance, Motel 6 and America's Best Inn and Suites were nicer, clean, and offered amenities. This place didn't offer coffee or an ice machine. Price was to high. The bathroom hasn't been updated in years, and the window unit is so outdated that it took some time to figure it out so we could have some air.

Comfort w/ good customer service.

There was no breakfast. Everything. The hotel was located directly next to a busy thoroughfare. Although the place was empty, my request for a room further away was denied.

Room was clean and bathroom was clean as well and nice staff. Bathroom was out dated. No dead bolt or chain lock on door for secondary lock. So felt un easy about staying there.

The amount of roaches in our room

Location off the highway Room reeked of cleaning chemicals, but was very hot, humid and funky when I walked in. I turned the AC on full blast and left the room for 20 minutes, it was slightly better, but the air still smelled bad. Left the window open with the AC on full blast all night and that helped freshen up the air, but ultimately that won’t fix whatever is smelling up the room. Plus I found a dead cockroach in the morning. But hey, if it’s dead at least that means they’re hiring an exterminator. Whatever was in the air resulted in my nose being stuffy when I woke up.

The location was perfect for our stay. The room was a lot nicer than expected. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. We were very much pleasantly surprised on the quality of our overall experience. Wish there could have been a little more amenities offered in the room. Also, unfortunately, our shower drain didn't drain as fast as it should have, but it was tolerable enough for a one-night stay.

I warned the staff I'd be arriving late, but still she greeted me cheerfully and got me quickly to my room. Good service!

The location was terrible. The area is rough with drug users, drug dealers and pan handlers.
