Found roaches in the room. The rooms were always wet feeling. The AC unit wasn't functioning properly to pull the moisture out of the air.

Room was nice. My only issues are with the staff and amenities. To start we arrived before 8:00 to find no one at the desk (which seems to be the new norm in south Texas). There is a phone on the counter that you pick up and it rings and rings and rings then a man finally comes out of the back. I told him we needed to check in. He says “mmhmm” and then not much else. This place does not have an elevator so I hope you didn’t bring much luggage. We got to the room to find a tiny shampoo bottle and one tiny bar of soap and nothing else. We noticed we forgot our toothpaste so I called down to the desk and asked if they had any we could purchase to which I got a very rude “no” in response. At check out….again no human to be seen. If there is no staff shouldn’t my room be cheaper?! Don’t bother with breakfast easy. 4 barely cooked pieces of bacon and runny eggs

Property and room very good. The TV service that they use is terrible. Remote hard to use and doesn't work at times. If you like to watch at night bring your own firestick or Roko.

This is the third time I've stayed at this location. I asked "Why they are charging my card $388 when I already paid for the room last November?" They said it was just a temporary hold. Sure, $25 $50 or $100, but $388?

Firstly, the property does not have an elevator, so guests with heavy luggage should be prepared for that. I encountered some issues during check-in due to my booking through Expedia, but the staff was quite helpful and called to resolve the matter promptly. One concern I had was with housekeeping. They knocked on our door at 9 AM while we were still asleep. When I declined their service, the housekeeper unnecessarily informed me that check-out time was at 11 AM. I believe it would be more considerate for housekeeping to wait until at least 10:30 AM before knocking on doors. Overall, while the stay had its positives, I think some adjustments could enhance the guest experience.

Recommend ripping carpets and having hvac ducts cleaned. There is a mold/mildew smell that’s constant and disruptive with a comfortable stay. Customer service was great.
