It was just good to stay there

The building was run down. It wasn’t maintained the rooms had multiple holes in the walls. There was wire sticking out from the air-conditioning. The sliding glass door did not close without a prop hold it shut.

Rooms are large , well equipped. And cleaned very well. Unfortunately there are a lot of maintenance issues and badly patched paint. I loved my disabled room, although would have been nice to arrive at night to lamps turned on and AC, internet did not function. However very convenient location and nearby exit door for my pet. Breakfast was decent.

The lady checking us in was kind. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance which is the only reason we even booked this hotel. The room was older and worn down. My husband had his arm cut open on the door frame when leaving this morning. The back elevator was super small, and not easy to find. The breakfast was great though and the morning staff were extremely kind and helpful!

No hot water… Please don’t stay …

It was nice

We booked the room for a family of four, yet only 2 bath towels were provided. We asked for 2 more towels, but they couldn't provide any as they said they ran out! Asked for a box of Kleenex, again they said they didn't have any at the moment. Bathroom door had stains on them. Hairdryer wasn't working. Both the full size bed were old and were caving in the middle. It was hard to sleep to sleep on it. Bedsheet had a shoe print on it. Breakfast was the bare minimum. Eggs were running out, and they couldn't refill it on time. Once the apples were done, they weren't refill either. Avoid this hotel at all cost if you are looking for a goodnight rest.

Beds are old and hard. There was no hot water for showers. Front desk just said she would tell maintenance.

Quiet, clean, cozy room.

No towels .Room is not clean .Water is not getting drained in bathrooms

Everything was what as I hoped for and expected. Great experiece.

Location was convenient The property was an absolute horrible condition. The rooms were outdated floors were stained walls had residue of sorts. Broken shower curtain. sliding door to the patio was hard to open. turned off the lights and it would turn off the TV as well. this was probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed. after seeing the room had I been able to find other accommodation we wouldn’t have stayed here at all

This is not worth the money in my opinion. My room stunk, the carpets were frayed and the water in the bathtub did not drain properly. There is no stopper in the bathroom sink and there were no outlets available except in the bathroom to charge my devices. The chair for the desk was gone. I booked this too quickly because I saw that it was on Hilltop drive, and I thought that was a nice area. Then I saw it had a 6.6 rating of good. That gave me pause but I kept it. My mistake but it won't happen again.

The only thing good about this place was it had air conditioning. Broken lock on patio door. Could not lock. Air conditioner falling apart with electric wires laying on floor. Coffee pot did not work. Cleaning staff banging on door before check out time. This person spoke no English.

Due to the hotel being sold out the food in the breakfast area was depleted. The only good thing was that check in process was quick and the air conditioner worked well.

Dirty rooms with roaches. Not recommended.

No tray for the coffee. Blow dryer didn't work

The property is run down and smells and dirty. Do not recommend. The photos of the front of the hotel do not look or match the rooms..

In over 50 years of travel this was the worst experience we’ve had with any hotel/motel.
