My only personal gripe is the light motion detector in the bathroom. They have a nightlight. They really don’t need a motion detector light in the bathroom when you get up in the middle of the night to do your business. It’s so bright you need sunglasses.

Nice, large room, and had two large washers and dryers.

Breakfast is awful

I traveled with my two children to Sunriver and we stopped in Redding. My children were very excited to find a small kitchenette in our room. They were able to use the pool (it was 108 degrees Fahrenheit outside—it was impossible not to go in). The entire staff was very friendly, and everything was very clean and accessible. We’ll stay here again if we return to Redding.

Ashley was so helpful during check-in!! She went above and beyond to help me with the check-in procedure. Overall, she provided tips to make my stay memorable.

The room was very clean. We did not stay late enough for the breakfast if there was a breakfast. Loved the location for being able to get onto I-5 easy. Thank you.

Exceptional

The stay was acceptable, but there are better and cheaper hotels nearby. I wouldn’t seek out another reservation here, though I would stay again if it were the only available option in Redding.

Location and comfort

They need a towel ROD in the bathroom. They don't service your room but then have nowhere for towels to hang. That makes zero sense. Pool area nice but the water was SO SO SO cold. Like snow runoff! Breakfast pretty good but no fruit. Loud property being right by the highway. But all in all, good, clean, great staff!

Superb

The staff were great! Rich gave us recommendations for lunch and was ready to help with anything we needed. Every staff member we came in contact with were very kind. Extremely clean hotel!

It was a little further from the sites than we expected but it was still pretty good location wise and close to good restaurants and walking distance to the trains and trams etc

Clean property

Staff was very nice, helpful and informative. Hotel was clean, beds were very comfy and the breakfast had lots of options. I will pick this hotel for all my future stays in this area.

Cleanliness and location. Close to freeway and places to eat,etc Hair products weren’t very good and water pressure/ shower head needs improvement

I would have liked there to be body lotion in the room. I also would have liked yogurt for the breakfast.
