Best Western Plus Twin View Inn & Suites

Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Room was not very clean. Light was broken in bathroom leaving exposed wires in a area that builds condensation. Lock didn't work on bathroom door

The room was very clean, and they even had it cooled down upon arrival (it was pretty hot outside). It was a bit of a maze to find our room though the way the property is set up. Overall great stay, really nice staff.

The Breakfast was good, Staff courteous and helpful, location great accessible to highways, attractions, restaurants, etc.. We will stay here again

This Best Western is listed as a “Plus” hotel. This is not a “Plus” hotel. Was very disappointed when we arrived.

The air conditioner was very loud and the mattress was lumpy. It’s was clean and fine otherwise.

Front desk reception was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and staff tending to it made sure there was clean and accessible stations full of fresh items.

Everything was short for breakfast. No egg at all.

Stayed here for a night in preparation for a houseboating trip. The location is not walking distance to anything, but it's a short drive to everything. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but it smelled like someone drained an entire can of Lysol deodorizer in the room before I got there and the smell was only somewhat dissipated by the next morning. The free breakfast was what you'd expect (waffles, cereal, eggs, yogurt, etc.). For a utilitarian place to stay on a trip it does the trick.

Basic and easy access place for stay, great staff!

Very outdated. Not what we would expect from a Best Western Plus. We were overall very disappointed.

The renovations are coming along, however, the carpets were exposed, some taped down, the bath tub plug was stuck and had to be pried up, the shower faucet started shrieking and shooting out sounds like a machine gun, and the smoke alarms went off when the bathroom was steamy. Horrible. The clerk said she would inform the manager. Horrible.
