Helpful staff and a good breakfast

Very nice room
-
Our rooms carpet had stains all over it. Patchwork had been done on the walls; but not painted. The mattress inside the pull out sofa was SHREDDED. And the towels that were in the bathroom smelled clean, but had been folded and were still wet. Luckily for our family we were only there to sleep and leave during the day. The two full size beds were both fairly comfortable. And the attendant who made the food in the morning was very friendly.

When booking on Expedia it seems they keep putting us in a handicap room

We booked a room that was supposed to have two queen beds and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed wasn’t there. Without that third bed, our group didn’t have enough space, and it made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Hopefully, the hotel can make sure rooms match what’s advertised so future guests aren’t caught off guard.

I left at 10:45pm to get Clorox wipes because there was dried blood smeared on the toilet seat. Do I really need to say more. Just don't. The sheets were stained on the bed. I pulled out the couch for the kids to sleep on and the mattress has multiple yellow stains! Pic included. No sheets to use so I went to call the front desk and there was no phone! So my husband went down to get them and asked for extra pillows but they're was not much to spear (My kid wears a back brace so we needed extra pillows for her). I have stayed in many places before nice and run down. This was the worst place I have stayed in. Please don't stay here pay a few extra to stay somewhere else. Oh and don't get your hopes up with the breakfast included it was all microwaved even the eggs. I watched them do it.

Good breakfast, close to good restaurants also
-
The room had cockroaches and aunts had a bad experience nd I would like a refund
-
What I like is that it was very illuminated but breakfast was poor
-
Was out of a lot of the breakfast employee struggling to keep it stocked, there was no bread no bagels no muffins no potatoes she stopped stalking everything before 9 AM and people were left without being able to eat breakfast I was disappointed the main reason why I picked this hotel was because of its breakfast so I could feed the family before going on our long trip

The pictures on expedia are way better than how the room actually looked. It's very outdated. There were random inpaint patches on the walls, the remote was missing the battery cover and they just put tape over it. The couch pull out mattress had pee stains on it. The bath towels were very rough. The breakfast waffles were good though. Do not recommend staying here.

Window. Screen from balcony had a big slit. Only 3 medium towels were provided. Washer and dryer was broken to visitors. Other than the minor stuff room was clean and big. Kids liked the pool. Staff was nice.

Run down could be better . Shasta location is superior, but dude was nice at the front desk and it was an 80 dollar stay . We checked in after midnight so it wasn’t that bad.

If I was going to the area again, I would stay at this comfort inn

Place for homeless to get off the street
-
Ok for the price

The room was big and spacious with a balcony. Unfortunately we could not use the balcony because of the sun and temperatures. The room has some wear and tear but was clean. Breakfast was good but they had an electrical they were trying to fix. Glad we got there early.
