The hotel is just ok. It needs updates. Paying $37 for a not great buffet breakfast and $10 for parking after paying for the hotel that was just ok and needs major updates was crazy. The elevators are in very bad shape and hot. The rooms and tv in the rooms are not great. The shower was ok but not very clean. The staff were all really nice.

The bathroom sink was clogged the whole time and we called front desk to fix it but no one showed up to fix it. We stayed with no sink to use

My room was not in the best condition. Bath towels had finger prints trash can had stains and it’s metal so very noticeable and gross also napkin dispenser was metal as well and was dirty too I was gonna take pictures but I have a baby with me and forgot. Was were dirty. I was given experience Coke Zero said 12/2025 it tasted so off and gross.i did mention it and they gave me a soda. Couldn’t use pool cuz it was strong chlorine oader too hot inside since door were wide open.felt like I was given the room that was the worse.

The entrance to the hotel was dirty. The trees were dry and brittle and the rugs are stained-not a good look for an entrance of a Hilton. I inquired to stay an extra night and was told it was cheaper to book online when I was checking in. You really should empower your staff to deliver better customer service and to offer better rates than online competitors. I was also not told that my breakfast was not included in my rate-Expedia booking, until I had already sat down with my breakfast. I paid $25+ dollars for fruit and coffee at the buffet. I also was not able to use my Starbucks gift card. My overall experience was sub average and very underwhelming.

Staff was amazing, the hotel itself could use some TLC. The carpet in the halls so old, so stained, walking the halls there were a few holes in the walls. The pool and gym were well maintained. The room bathroom need some TLC water damage causing wood to deteriorate.

I was underwhelmed by the property. The room was dirty and it was dead cockroaches in it and the air in my room did not work. The only reason I did not put a 1 star is because the front desk associate who helped me was nice and tried their best to be hospitable.

The bar and the Starbucks were great. The outside is not as well maintained and was not inviting. Lobby was much more inviting than expected after seeing the outside.

We enjoyed everything especially the dining staff top tier...the lady that checks you in for breakfast needs an etiquette class cause the way she talks to people is ridiculous. The other ladies made up for it. Those ladies are the best. They went out their way to make sure things ran smoothly even as they were so rudely treated large tables of church folks that felt if tho they were entitled with no tips ever. After this weekend of abuse they definitely need a raise.

Location It wasn't and executive level anymore for this hotel, with no special amenities that showed online for free continal breakfast. I upgraded for nothing. Room hot and fridge door wouldn't close, which I reported twice and no one showed up to fix

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The refrigerator didn't close. There was chunks missing on the bathroom counters. Kids were not supervised and were jumping in the pool. Running up and down the halls at midnight. Under staffed at breakfast. You could order eggs or omelette to go with the buffet, but the lady was to busy to take your order. You basically had to have scrambled eggs. It is expensive for a run down Hilton.

Consistently fine this property is just old and needs a facelift. The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean.
