Noisy being right off highway however room was clean and comfortable.

You can’t tell this place is a motel based on the photos, but it is. I find it to be very deceiving how they make an effort to avoid showing the outside of the building. You drive up to all the rooms, including rooms in the back which feel very unsafe when you’re traveling alone. It is located in a poorly lit parking lot that is fenced in and had plenty of strange wanderers roaming the property. I felt very unsafe and scared, and the staff did not ease my worries either. They were rather rude. Also, the room absolutely reeked of cigarettes.

We booked a king size room but when we got there the only one available was a smoking room which was so disgusting - very disappointed

I was actually thoroughly impressed by the room. No frills, and it was clean, felt safe, and was exactly what I needed for two days. The shower was a little dated, and the towels and washcloths were a little thin, but everything else was fine!

The room itself was clean, and I appreciated having plenty of hot water. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, and the area around the property was poorly lit. The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. The coffee and muffins appeared stale or expired, and there were no other options such as juice, cereal, eggs, or pancakes. Overall, while the room was clean, the lack of comfortable accommodations and the poor breakfast selection made for a less than satisfactory stay.

Nothing at all! The picture on the site are deceiving. I have an amputee husband. I would have never booked a room that he had to walk steps. My whole family is asthmatic and they put us in a smoking room. The smell was so bad coming from the air conditioner that it triggered all of us so we couldn't use it so we suffered. The website stated breakfast was included and we were told it was only apples and corn muffins.

It was clean The bathroom outdated.

The website said the room would be available by 3:00. We arrived in town before 3:00, so we went and found something to do for a bit. When we checked in at 4:20pm the room was not ready. We were able to check in, but the room wasn't cleaned yet. We waited in the lobby and were finally able to get into the room after 5:00. I have health issues, and this delay was a bit of a struggle for me. I would have appreciated it if the lobby staff had told us that the room wasn't ready when we checked in, that way we could have found something to do for the next 40+ minutes. The room was ok, but I would have preferred a nicer hotel.

The location was good. Near alot of restaurant and stores. The area was quite and kept up nicely. Of course need some maintenance (that they was having done). Housekeeping safe was nice and front desk was nice but didn't pay attention to detail when I informed them that I had two reservation. So they called and asked why I had checked on, then I had informed rhwm again that I had 2 reservation. The pool was CLOSED. Breakfast is a joke. Should be removed, bcuz it only muffin and coffee (everybody don't drink coffee). A few bugs were crawling inside of the room, and the tub had a slow drain, so you stool in a puddle of water to bath.
