Great location, clean friendly staff.

The staff are good. Great location. And the hotel is clean except it needs more cabinets to store things.

The staff the property and the hotel itself are excellent this is the second time I have stayed at a true and I'm very happy. I even enjoyed the breakfast every morning.

Staff always is my favorite. This "staycation" highlight would be for front desk Staff and Breakfast Staff ♥️. Always with a smile, always helpful, always nice and kind, always taking care of details that make the difference, so THANK YOU 😊

Good

Front desk staff are very helpful specially Tommy. Place was well maintained. Breakfast was very good. The only issue we had was the pillows, very uncomfortable too thin. The AC is too loud.

I was a nice, clean, bright hotel. Close to lots of restaurants and right down the street from the beach. This stay made me realize I don't want to stay in south beach anymore. Still really close to Miami and Ft Lauderdale. Family friendly and they have a nice selection in the morning for breakfast

The Staff is not very friendly

The location Really need a valet. Even though the parking garage is pretty close, still a pain to have to do it your self. Beds are great- need firmer pillows

This was our second time staying here. The location is perfect! You can walk to the beach or view it from the rooftop bar. The pool has a view too! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfy. There are a lot of breakfast choices and the kitchen crew is there to happily assist. We will definitely come back for our next trip to Pompano!

Exceptional

Great experience, great breakfast. Pool could have been a little cleaner but overall was nice.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast lounge area was also organized and each staff greeted us and ask if we needed assistance. The bed was super- super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. So thank you to each and every staff that works here

This hotel is wonderful, Tommy at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and so kind. The pool and hot tub are incredible, roof top is wonderful and has an amazing view of the beach and city, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was fabulous, and the gym was great! There's even free laundry in the gym so you can wash clothes while you workout :)

days the hallway smelled like sewage, or a dirty diaper. the pool area /deck was uncleaned. there was a chip variety box there for the first two stays of my stay. i finally tilted front day desk. when i was at the pool staff came to clean and had a huge attitude you could hear her saying somebody’s called and said it was trash !! it was and a beer can right next to the pool that had been there for at least a day. I was not clean, it was very mid for the amount of money my stay was. I was itchy my entire stay. i went to walgreens and bought lysol and lysol wipes. very underwhelming. Tommy and the ladies who prepared and set up breakfast were the good parts. I felt like I booked a howard johnson or red roof inn. I also think the pier bar overcharged me, but when i saw my receipt I was to over my stay to even argue.
