Nice place to stay

Location is great but the hotel itself is average room was ok beds were not the most comfortable. Our fridge didn’t work at first but the hotel did swap it out. Tile around the pool is jagged in some places and actual cut my daughter’s foot. We had a family emergency and had to leave early and while carrying stuff to the hallway one of the managers saw us and started telling us we were going to have to pay a late checkout fee. Didn’t ask us about our stay just straight to a late checkout fee and when we tried to explain or actual checkout day was the next day but we had an emergency and were leaving early due to it. She tried to still say it was a late checkout at first. It was a very unprofessional interaction in the middle of the hotel hallway. Later we asked to pay the late checkout but have the unused night refunded the hotel refused. We will not be staying here again and makes me think twice about using any Hilton hotels.

The cleaning crew was great as well, there weren’t new faces constantly our entire stay we were able to get familiar with those who were working with us and I’m thankful. Cannot wait to visit again.

Laundry was useful. Staff could have smiled more.

Roon was clean and staff was friendly and professioal. Property was perfect.

Our room was clean and very comfortable! The property was outstanding and the location was better than expected - grounds, location, walking distance to great food! We stayed with our kids and had plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the hotel closer to my cousin's house. My entire family loves to stay there also because it is very convenient and super close to restaurants and super close to the beach

Very cozy and welcoming hotel. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great. The location is excellent, very central and close to the beach. Highly recommended!

Convenient and nice property!

Parking was not convenient- no valet and had to go across street to park in garage - QR code to get out didn’t work so had to call front desk each time to be issued a new one - very frustrating! Will not stay there again

First time staying and will definitely stay again. My wife and I enjoyed it

Everything was clean and breakfast was an added bonus. The only complaints I would have are the pool umbrellas are broken and you had to rig them to get them to stay open. Also at breakfast after the first day we decided to take ours back to our room because one of the workers was very rude to guests when talking to them and a lady in the office was talking crazy to someone on the phone with the door open. Other then this we were pleased.
