Extended Stay America Suites Dallas Plano Parkway

The exterior of the front of the hotel look nice but the backside was littered with trash. Our room was a 1 bedroom and the fan between the living area and bedroom to move air to the bedroom did not work so had to run the AC as low as possible just to get the bedroom comfortable to sleep. The screen in one of the windows was torn, the table was not secured to the stand and the edging was peeling off, the refrigerator magnet in the door sealer kept slipping out and dragging on the floor. While breakfast was advertised, it consisted of package muffins, granola bars and oatmeal. Coffee was only available at breakfast and there were no coffee pots in the rooms or ice makers on the floors. We had a couple of cockroach visitors and one millipede.

There is a lady called Jennifer front desk they need to get rid of her very rude very unhelpful she sits outside smoking on the patio I will never go there again

THEY ARE ACTIVELY IN THE MIDDLE OF RENOVATIONS BUT IT IS CLEAN. MS SAQUIL IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! WAS EXTREEMLY HELPFUL WITH ANY REQUEST. THE HALLWAYS SMELL AMAZING!!! THE FREE "BREAKFAST" I HOPE MANAGMENT WILL GREATLY IMPROVE. THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE WHO GETS A LITTLE HOSTILE OVER THE MUFFINS. OVERALL WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Didn’t stay there made it to room and it was so nasty we got our money back and went somewhere else! Room was disgusting. Front desk lady understood!! I would not recommend this place to anybody!!

Somehow, they let a total stranger check into our room.

Breakfast was just granola bars. Room had roaches. It's more of a refugee home. Did not feel comfortable going outside at night.

No pool closed

Everything but Bathrooms. 133 shower wasn’t working.

Just my go to place whenever I go to Plano. Perfect location, fabulous people.

Room was clean. Staff was very good. Could have used a chair for the eating counter. Always have ad two in the past. None at all this time, but still very good.

I had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness, only 1 staff from hours 3-11 to do everything,

The staff was nice. The reeked of weed the entire time, from the time you entered the lobby and up into the hallways. The toliet seat in our room had dried urine on it, and there where sharp staples sticking straight out of the wood in the kitchenette.

Location was good and staff was super friendly and accommodating. The place was dilapidated and in dire need of renovations. The outside was great. Inside was a hot ? mess.

Hospitality was not very welcoming. It smelt like smoke and very musty in the hallways. Once we got into the room, it didn’t feel safe. The refrigerator and the pullout couch was very beat up. The bed mattress was thin, squeaky, and uncomfortable. The bathroom had a short curtain for the shower. There was a dead cockroach on the toilet paper, and the shower fixtures were broken..it was very different from what I thought I was going to rent out. There was an air conditioner unit on the stairways and it had no cover; Totally not safe for children.I don’t recommend. The only reason why I stayed was because everything else was sky rocket high for my budget. I wished we could’ve rented a different hotel…
