The staff was friendly at check in. Very quiet area and hardly any noise. We did not use any amenities or eat the breakfast because we slept in. Our room was nice and roomy, however the couch had stains on it. The room had a old house smell which was probably the carpet. In addition to the carpet not being vacuumed there was food pieces on the floor. Parking gets scarce at night too. Overall, nice hotel. Would book again.

Expedia said checking was at 4:00, I was hoping it would have been earlier so we had plenty of time to get ready for our event. When we got there at 4 the sign behind him said check in at 3:00 that was frustrating. The room didn’t have a vent in the small bathroom. That would’ve been nice. The jacuzzi room was large and the jacuzzi was nice but when we turned on the bubbles hair came out. Both TVs didn’t work for the entirety of our stay and no one was at the front desk late at night. The bed was soft and very comfortable. It was very quiet there. They never told us when breakfast was when we checked in and it wasn’t on Expedia, with no one at the desk when we got back from our event that evening there was no one to ask. So we missed it. There was no parking when we came back either we parked in a diagonal line spot and noticed there were 5 other cars parked in that zone too. The guy at check out was nice. It wasn’t a bad stay but I wasn’t too impressed either.

Volume wouldn’t work on the tv. Told the front desk and while we went out maintenance went up to fix it. Came back later that evening to find the volume working but then we couldn’t change the channel. Told the front desk again. Couldn’t get a different room because the were all booked. He texted the maintenance man but he never showed up. Tv stuck on the Hallmark channel all night. Complained to front desk when we checked out in the morning. They didn’t care or try to make it right at all because I paid a 3rd party (hotels.com) instead of them. I just walked out. Bed was also very uncomfortable.

Guy at desk said they don’t have an airport shuttle. They do. I’ve used it 5 times in the last month.

Very worn carpets leading to lingering smells. Tubs need resurfacing. Extremely limited breakfast. Inattentive buffet replenishment. Staff "just coming on shift" need to be trained that guest services are of higher importance than checklist for corporate needs.

I went into my room after checking in and there was poop in the toilet and the sheets did not look clean. Stains all over the carpet, and the place did not smell good. It was so bad, I turned right back around and stayed somewhere else. Still waiting to hear about a refund.

The room was clean. Plenty of towels and the kids enjoyed the pool. However the 3rd floor smelled like weed throughout the hallway. I

cleaner. Hotel is old, outdated. But breakfast is good.

Wonderful beds. Very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Staff was really friendly. Only complaint was the TV didn't work.

This hotel needs a Review of ADA compliance and options. Beds were excessively tall and still hard as a campground. Seating was all narrow, small and the overall layout left no room for my wheelchair.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, free parking, a pool and free Wi-Fi plus a really good free breakfast! We would highly recommend for families!

Upon arriving the room was not clean. Urine stains on the toilet seat. Food crumbs on the floor. Possible mold growing by sprinkler head.

Got a smelly room. Missing body wash. Shampoo bottle empty. Ask the front desk. Took a while for them to bring those items. They seem lack of employees. Next morning we did not see staff members cleaning the breakfast area.
