Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix West Tolleson by IHG

When we arrived, they told us there was no hot breakfast. Something about the oven broke or something like that. Then the next morning at 6:45 AM maintenance guy was out blowing the yard and I understand it's hot in Arizona, but that's unacceptable. And then at 7:15 in the morning, a woman opened our door and walked into our room and then walked out and when I called I was told I don't know who it is, but then they called back and said oh it was housekeeping they thought that you had checked out.

Located in a nice quiet area. Friendly staff, clean spacious room. Highly recommend.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean, however the sofa needed some attention which was to be taken care of by the staff. Breakfast was wonderful each morning. Afternoon snacks were appreciated.

I want to thank the staff and management for allowing me to check out late because I was graduating from the University of Arizona. This allowed me to focus on my graduation and come back to get my items and head home! I highly recommend this hotel!! Class of 2026

Upon walking into the hotel you’ll immediately be hit with an amazing smell. The hotel smelled so good. Rooms were very clean and the house keepers and staff were very kind.
