Can’t really remember anything I liked The hotel had 30-40 cops with several dogs that were very aggressive. Told the hotel my girlfriend is deathly afraid of dogs but they didn’t care and didn’t offer a refund so for the next two nights we left and got a hotel down the way. Lost 800$ but somehow it was worth it to me.

I didnt like that the staff was rude and unwelcoming. The room was outdated and over priced. It was our 14th anniversary. The staff made it clear they did not care they did not want to be there. We have stayed at the Hotel in Katy and never had a problem. We will not be staying here again.
