It was clean and convenient.

The first time we came here it was nice. The second time was not that great. I was very disappointed. That’s why we came again because I liked it. It’s a nice place but somewhere along the line. Someone dropped the ball. Got to our room, there was only three sets of towels. We have four people she was able to give my son a towel and a wash towel. But we need a more towel towels for the next day she said she did not have any old House. I didn’t understand that mean that they had a washer and dryer there. Also, we had left our key upstairs. We called on the phone because it was after hours. No one answered come to find out there was a gentleman in the laundry room the whole entire time he couldn’t hear anything because he had a EarPods in his ear. We finally got his attention. After the fact, my son came downstairs to let us in.

Stay Thursday through Sunday. First night the fire alarm went off right before 4 am. The staff was not very helpful in directing the guests on what and where to go. We kind of helped each other. The fire department showed up and said this was the second false alarm due to a faulty alarm system they had been to and they told the owner to have it looked at the first time during the false alarm. Having a 1 and 3-year-old we didn't get back to sleep. Less than an hour later the alarm went off again. So the hotel staff was standing by the alarm hitting reset. The hotel staff the next morning said someone was smoking on the 3rd floor which caused the alarm to go off. I believed the fire department over the hotel. Their pool was too cold to swim in for me and my 3 year old. The breakfast wasn't that great. We ate once and had scrambled eggs, sausage links, cereal, yogurt, muffins, and waffles. Our remote control for the TV was broken, our door handle was almost broken, and the fridge did not keep the food or milk very cold. The beds were comfy and they cleaned every day. We didn't prefer that but they didn't have a do not disturb sign for us to use. The morning staff didn't speak very good English making it hard for us to understand each other and the night shift staff offered my husband some marijuana to smoke. So there are definitely some improvements that need to be made. They are rebranding the hotel so maybe they will learn from their mistakes.

The property was clean, though, and the staff was very helpful.

The bedroom was clean, and the carpet seemed new. The mini fridge was very tiny and down on the floor- so hard to load our cooler food and drinks into. The bathtub was dated and there was some mildew around the tub grab bars- mostly just viewed under the wall attachment while I was sitting in the tub. The bath counter seemed new and nice. The bathroom was also TINY. Hard to maneuver in. The room was blessedly quiet!! The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

Quick 1 night stop, clean and comfy. Parking lot was pretty small and little difficult to find the entrance.

The hotel is being rebranded and undergoing refurbishment. Our room was recently redone and very clean. Then breakfast was good.

Good place

The staff was friendly. The room was nice. The only downfall was there was a weird smell on the sheets and they need thicker pillows. Other than that I would stay with him again just bring my own blanket. Lol.
-
they do cheap things. like not putting soap in the bathrooms, or not having a towel rack. little things, but they show a cheapness.

Had a great sleep, only stay one night. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is okay, it isn’t anything extraordinary. Staff was helpful!

Was in the process of renovating
-
They asked me for 150 cash deposit for the room upon leaving they did not return the deposit claiming stain on one bedsheet was suffice damage to the room to keep the whole deposit. They then called the police and had us trash from the property because I kept asking for my money back. They refuse to show me the room to show me the stain on the so-called sheet all he showed me was a picture that he supposedly received from one of the cleaners they did not send me an itemized list of anything that they were charging for in the room they just kept my deposit completely without questioning or investigation

Location

Location was perfect. I needed quick access to the interstate and restaurants All good

The indoor pool water was cold, which was disappointing. Also, the room didn’t have a table to eat at.

The room was clean, and it was good deal for the price. The breakfast bar only had muffins.

Nothing I was charged 50 extra dollars a night when I checked in for a pet fee that was not disclosed on booking website. I never would have stayed here if it was that price. Once in the room I discovered a broken tub faucet and so much mold everywhere I asked to be moved to another room. I was told I had to stay in that room and the manager would "figure it out" the next day or I could just leave. No refund. I left with a sore throat from being in the disgusting room waiting to speak with the manager who never came and refused to even speak to me on the phone. The excuse I was given by staff was they were renovating. Well don't book your biohazard rooms until after they are renovated then. Health hazard. Worst experience ever. Had to dispute charges with my bank. Terrible customer service, really zero service, they do not care about the customer once they have their money. Hotel Pensacola was where I ended up staying. Immaculate room. Great customer service. And it was less expensive than this s**t hole.
