    The property was dirty everywhere other than the room which wasn't too bad. Pool was closed the whole stay. Breakfast if there was any was egg waffles with jelly and orange juice. When we went about half was through breakfast one time there was nothing. I asked if they were putting anything out and they said no and ignored me after that.

    Both rooms smelled like cigarettes and animals. One room was missing a shower curtain. There were only two provided towels in each room when we had four people in each room trade me with Jordan. The room floor was dirty and sticky to walk on. The carpet in the hallways were disgustingly dirty and abnormally hot in the hallways

    We were not informed the pool was out of service at checkin, we get all our stuff in our room go to the pool and see it was closed, asked when it would be open again and they couldn’t answer, we checked in at 3 and checked out by 4:15 they wouldn’t give a full refund we had to pay $79.50 also strange you have to go outside and around to get to front desk/ rooms. A week stay with kids, a pool is a must for our family, so frustrating they wouldn’t give a full refund when they didn’t inform us of the pool prior to us going into the room.

    The hidden charge for staying an extra night with promises of extra clean towels and a cleanup extra bed was just made I would have cleaned it myself and went and picked up the towels so Bottom towel was washed out and reused instead

    Well let me say the pictures are deceiving, we got the King with kitchenet, It shows the bed, small desk ,chair, a small love seat with coffee table, There was no where to sit other than the bed and the desk chair, the room was big but empty, the bathroom had mold around the tub faucet, its so small you can barely sit on the toilet and shut the door at the same time. The toilet also wabbled A LOT, didn't seem to be bolted down. The fridge was beat up and not very clean, freezer was froze over, you have a small stove also pretty worn and beat up, Zero cookware, plates or utensils so that kitchenet is all but useless. We left the first morning, put maid service on the door to come back with it still on the door and the room untouched, had to go to front desk, and asked why the room wasn't cleaned? she looked confused, I stated we had the tag on the door so clearly no one even went to that floor, she then states they are so busy (they weren't) that they don't have time to clean all the rooms. I advised we except clean towels, garbage emptied and at least the bed made daily during our stay. She stated they would, the next day they left only one towel, when I went down AGAIN for clean towels, no one was there, so we had to use dirty, wet towels. The breakfast is NOT.. it is a few yogurts, one juice and two cereals. I didn't expect 5 star service, but I did expect a clean room, daily towels and bed service. Will we stay again, ABSOLUTELY NOT.

    We arrived late due to weather and there was no one at the desk to help us. We waited, tried calling on their phone, looked all over. Another vehicle had someone sleeping in it because they couldn't get anyone, either. Basically, the front desk was not manned and check-out was not available. We found a number for assistance for the owner of the hotel and he wasn't able to help - just gave us the number to the front desk which was vacant. We had to book another hotel and pay a late booking fee. Will not stay here again.

    Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Mold in the a/c, no smoke alarm in the room, the pool was never open to the guest. Not able to adjust water temp in shower, either cold or scolding hot. Unable to watch tv because speakers were blown. The staff were rude and unprofessional.

    It was clean and in a great location The hotel equipment was dated. The drive was nasty. No utensils to use the stove.. I had a suite. It took two hours for no one to bring me new towels. The inside pool should be heated. Painted chipped paint. The TV was set on the lowest setting. I’m hearing impaired so I had 3 remote to control one tv(too much) No interesting channels and couldn’t cast the tv to no devices!!! The customer was real bad. The continental breakfast consist of cereal, coffee, and a gallon of milk sitting in the refrigerator. What the all the equipment to have a decent breakfast for the money I spent.

    Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The first room they tried to put us in smelled horrible and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. The next room did not have the amenities I needed but it had a bed. The bedding had a dirty boot print on it. Their “breakfast” is stale fruit loops … literally nothing else. 2 days there wasn’t even milk. No one at the desk seemed to even care. The pool, you can tell is never cleaned, and forget hot water in the shower. A plus, AC worked great! We asked for extra towels for our room and they gave us 2 dark stained old towels. And never had towels in the pool area. I would never stay here again!
