Comfort Inn Pensacola near NAS Corry Station

The staff was outstanding, very helpful. The hotel was in good shape, Overall we enjoyed it!

Bed sheets/linen have stains. Chairs on the breakfast room are not cleaned up after each customer use, chairs have syrup. Staff tho were very accommodating.

Easy to get to. Alot of choices for breakfast.

Staff was courteous and attentive. Breakfast was very good, with many choices. The air conditioner in our room did not keep the room comfortable enough.

Everything was great

The room was spacious and overall clean. The hotel could use fresh paint on walls and doors. The shower was very slippery. Should place mats in there. The indoor pool needs to be cleaned. The pool closes at 8:30 which I think is too early since the nearest beach is 30 minutes away. The breakfast was pretty good. It was always replenished in a timely manner. The “game room “ games are not owned by the hotel and it took my money. I brought it to Front Desk attention. And there was no way for me to be reimbursed. So imagine if all the guest has this complaint.

Pool was closed for maintenance but was not a deal breaker. Breakfast was decent, just not refilled promptly so by the time we went to eat at 7:30am, there was only 1 sausage left. Other than that, place was clean.

First room we went to had not been cleaned and had bedding all over the room. Second room was very musty. Breakfast was good

The hotel is a little dated, but kept clean. The breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff were very accommodating to a couple small issues that came up for us that did not have to do with the hotel directly. We would stay there again when visiting the area.

The breakfast offered a great variety, and items were replenished quickly whenever they ran low. All of the staff members were polite, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The main drawback is that, particularly in the guest rooms, it is evident that the property would benefit from more substantial renovations rather than just cosmetic upgrades.

Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and cool. Shower worked very well, good water presser. The breakfast here is very good, a lot of verity.

The hotel smelled strongly of chemicals and the bathroom was not clean.

Clean Well bath tube had a crack and fridge didn’t work but the gave us another room no problem and the took half off my next stay

The property itself needs some upgrades, but overall service was good.

There are no pillowcases on the pillow pillows no fitted sheet on the bed so the linen was very questionable as to whether or not it had been changed
