Garage fees were added after booking, bathroom had no fan, hair dryer broke.

The place is well maintained but showing its age. Good staff. Excellent location with easy access to charming Pasadena Old Town.

No breakfast buffet (we knew this ahead of time) but the breakfast area at the bar was handled very efficiently by usually two staff. Little wait time for coffee, more of a wait for any hot meal items. Good idea to verify your bill at checkout because I was charged for water in the room that I did not consume, and one day of breakfast that I had pre-paid. Both these items were removed when brought to the attention of the desk staff. Parking is in a multi-level structure attached to the hotel. It can be challenging to navigate and park in a larger vehicle. However, I did like that you can park on your assigned room floor.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel is dirty and smells terrible, especially from the parking to the entrance. The carpets and common areas feel unhygienic, and the elevators are old and poorly maintained. For the price we paid, the quality was unacceptable, and there wasn’t even breakfast included. Management seriously needs improvement. I would not stay here again.

The cleaning person forgot to put clean towels in our room, when we call reception they put us on hold for more than 5 min therefore we went to downstair and ask for towels.

Nice place to stay

The hotel is in a nice location with easy access to restaurants and shopping as well as the highway. The room was comfortable enough and Pasadena was a nice base to explore the greater LA area from. Parking is very expensive and the parking spaces very narrow. Also, there is not too much cleaning going on in the garage, with bottles and plastic cups laying around. The pool in the hotel is also very small - definitely not good for swimming, just cooling down and easily taken over by a medium sized group of kids.

The room we stayed in was a converted meeting room. Nightstands were not present, there was no decor in the room. First time I felt like it was a jail.

The sheets smelled like they were still wet. The drain wasn’t working for bathroom sink.

Great central location. The hotel is close to medical plazas (reason for our stay) and within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. My favorite amenity was the parking garage that allowed entrance to our hotel room floor.

This is a great location in Old Town Pasadena which has many shopping and dining options.

The housecleaning person woke us up 2 hours before checkout to ask if we were leaving!

Room did not have safe to store my passports along with no dressers to place my clothing.

One person checking in with a wait of 22min. Room key did not work waited for 45 min to get bedroom door open. Car charging station, only one and did not accommodate Tesla. Breakfast long line with only one employee to serve. All associates very polite but hotel very under staffed.

Great location in old town Pasadena

One of the best hotel lobbies I have seen- Places to lounge, divided spaces to work, a conference table and two large screen televisions (set on silent) - with the world cup games highlights the weekend I was there; the breakfast was amazing - some of the best chilequiles I have had anywhere! Great location as well walking distance - a few blocks to all the Pasadena Old Town shops and restaurants!
