It was amazing

The room with failing AC was also very dusty and combined with heat, it was definitely less than ideal situation for vacation with family, plus, I did not find it thoughtful when one staff told me to pay extra to change rooms to get a working AC. The positives: the housekeeping staff who cleaned our dusty room with broken AC were thoughtful. The people at the restaurant were accommodating and the food was good. Two of the front desk staff helped us change to a room with working AC and that definitely helped. The manager also gave us some credit when I insisted.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The fitness center has a good range of equipment, with new treadmills and a variety of weights. The kids loved the pool, which was heated and a good size. Would definitely stay again!

The location was great! Quiet yet walking distance to just about anything you need. The room was very clean :)

The room was clean and comfortable. Food and coffee were available right downstairs. Valet parking was convenient, but a bit expensive. I would love to have the option of free parking. However, the valet parking attendants were very nice.

The staff was very helpful. My in-room coffee maker did not work correctly, and they quickly replaced it.

They over booked. When I received my key I opened door and a guy was already occupying the room. Carpet through hallways were also dirty

All excellent especially the generous and kind valet staff, but I had difficulty getting room service--never did and went to restaurant to get take out which took a long time and when I go it was cold and not very good.

Clean and centrally located

Great location in Pasadena, loved the restaurant, but the staff went over and above to accommodate our needs. Bravo and thank you!

Quiet, convenient, clean. It would be nice if valet staff were courteous to people coming to pick-up/drop-off guests.

compared to other hotels, this one seems to be farthest from where most restaurants/shops are (e.g., Colorado blvd)

Good location, Staffs were very friendly, and loved that vallet included the electric charging station for free!

We enjoyed our stay and were happy with the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the kind staff. Will stay here again!

Nice lobby and gym. Friendly staff Rooms are on the smaller side. I tried to change the date but they were unresponsive to Booking.com. I will be back in Pasadena in June and was planning to stay here for a few days but now I’ll find alternative option.
