    Our room was great. We really liked the breakfast area and how the eating area was roomy and open out in the front. Chairs, couches and tables which made a lot of seating. Good setup for our dachshund we took. Lots of safe space for our walkies. Not a lot of restaurants for eating nearby but the area was convenient for our activities and we plan to stay there whenever we go to Parker, CO.

    From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. Rachel at the front desk made us feel so welcome, took a genuine interest in our road trip, and even helped us get an early check-in after housekeeping had our room ready ahead of schedule. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a luxury feel without the luxury price. The lobby and rooms are immaculate, spacious, modern, and beautifully updated. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh, delicious options. We were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service throughout our stay. We’ll absolutely stay here again when we come back to visit our friends. Highly recommend!

    Staff was great!! Now for the rest.. For the money spent on the room you would think beds would be comfortable and showers good. NOT SO MUCH!! Beds are hard as the floor, showers.. I have had better water pressure pouring out coffee cup. The breakfast... Don't waste ya time if want REAL food eggs are NASTY and FAKE milks and juice not cold just cool. The hallways are HOT as in 80° hot, you break a sweat just walking to the ice machine.... Won't be back.

    I will reiterate the fact that there’s cracked tile in the elevator and it’s been there for a while. You can tell and that it hasn’t been taken care of is wrong, especially when you have customers coming in and looking at that I mean LVT is the way to go not tile floor, so I’m sure something was dumped on the floor and broke it, but you can tell it’s been there for a long time and they haven’t taken care of it. The other problem I had was I wanted a king bed but there was none available so we got two queens and we got hammered with a high price for that and there really is no like couch to kick back on or anything like that there’s just a chair at a desk type thing and for that kind of money. I need a lounging place too, but I’m not surprised that this happened at La Quinta because I was once approached about fixing some stuff out of La Quinta as far as floors go and when we tried to get me to do it, they said no wait you have to go to the corporate office and they have their own people so sounds like they try and get away with whatever they can But when you have cracked floors like that, you can’t let customers see it

    We had the absolute worst experience at this hotel. It was a super hot day and the AC in our room was broken. They wouldn't move us to another room and instead gave us a fan that rattled and made a ton of noise and told us to open the window!! If it hadn't 9pm we would have left and gone somewhere else but the kids needed to get to bed. The front desk attendant was rude and very dismissive and basically told me to stop complaining! Do NOT stay here.

    Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The address was on Carlson, but the hotel was a couple of blocks north of Carlson, with no signage on Carlson to direct one to the hotel. Difficult to find at night. Our room layout was very awkward, with a giant bathroom door that opened out, blocking easy access to the area around it. There was not a single hook in the bathroom for clothing or towels, and only 1 very small towel bar. There was a very uncomfortable sort of loveseat built into the wall, not something you wanted to sit on. Breakfast was pretty pathetic: 2 sweetened cold cereal choices, eggs that ran out and seemed rarely refilled, sausages that were never refilled, jelly choices that weren’t replenished, and weak coffee.

    Room was quiet, very little hall noise or noise from other rooms. Reception staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was average for this kind of property. Bed was reasonably comfortable. The hallways had a bit of a funky odor, but that did not extend to the room.

    Very noisy. Doors slamming in the hallways after 9pm, people talking and yelling in the hallway. The front desk staff was talking so loud to her coworker - it was obnoxious.

    The deluxe king room was spacious but did not have enough drawers. Only one drawer and two rows to put your clothes in. We were staying 8 days and would have preferred to put our clothes away in dressers but this room did not have that available.

    Location is good. Close to everything. The noise level here is unacceptable. The room next door left their TV on all night. I messaged management asking them to intervene, but the issue was completely ignored. They never confirmed they would handle it, and the neighbors left their TV blaring until 6:00 AM again the following night. Additionally, the breakfast is highly mediocre with zero healthy options. If you prefer a nutritious breakfast, you are better off eating out or buying food from the nearby grocery store. I definitely do not recommend this hotel!

    Staff, particularly the welcoming lady, was quite personable and cordial upon registering and checking out. Some questionable people on the property after dark. Questionable as in intimidating. Rooms were very clean and parking was quite adequate.
