The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to get Uber ride to go to stores because stores not within walking distance. I had to handwash my dirty clothes because this hotel does not have washer or dryer.

Front desk, always helpful and accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping, friendly I will recommend coming here again.

Had a great time. Would stay here again.

The only thing the 2 times we stayed the hot tub was cold.

I have stayed there twice this year and both times the experience has been stellar

The staff was wonderful. Terry, especially, was great. The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine added that the kids started coughing and our eyes were burning so badly we had to leave the area after 5 minutes. The age is showing, as I had to rescrew the shower head back on. The bathroom sliding door sat a good two inches away from the wall, so there was no way to lock or fully close it.

The staff were very nice. The breakfast was as you’d expect (same as all other similar hotels). The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The bathroom was not clean. There were hairs stuck on the walls. There were more hairs on the floor where the tub meets the floor. The shelf in the shower had soap residue on it. The baseboards were really dirty. I talked to the front desk, and the guy there was horrified and very apologetic. He told me he’d contact housekeeping immediately and they’d clean the room. As we headed out, he reassured me that he’d let them know. He was very helpful. When we got back to the room that afternoon, nothing had been done. I look at reviews for cleanliness, and this property has good reviews in that regard. That’s why I booked rooms here. Maybe it was just that room.

The Staff was excellent, the breakfast was really good and the rooms were clean and neat. Love the location too.

Chose this hotel for having a hot tub. Never was warm let alone hot. Breakfast was edible but not tasty. Will not stay there again

Everything was great. Maybe a small room reno would be good

Everything about this hotel was just fine, except they were awful stingy with the food at the breakfast. The first day they were out of food at 9:15 and the lady said they were not gonna make anymore. Second day we did not eat breakfast there we went to a restaurant. Third day we went down for breakfast and once again they were out of food but at least the lady was cooking some but it wasn’t very plentiful.

The rooms were fine but our faucet in bathroom had a leak. Front desk was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. I was told they will be working on a remodel soon.
