The girl in charge that night was unable to do her job, we complained three times that night about all the racket, our complaints were met with no results. We called the local enforcement to help out, they were able to get the problem solved, thank you for the Paducah Police Department!

The room was clean, the lobby was nice, the staff were friendly. It was very convenient to the church we were visiting, also restaurants and shopping.

Be careful the maintenance guy he’s gonna yell at you if you leave the door open for a second to load up your car.

The hotel was clean it smelled wonderful. We didn't get to eat nothing at the kitchen because it closed at 10.But it looked very delicious. Staff was friendly. Very clean room and the restrooms was clean.Very satisfied.

Our room was disgusting. It had a real bad musty smell as soon as you entered the room. Dirty old trash that looked like it’s been there behind the tv stand. The bed has something all on it. Looked liked crumbs or something else wasn’t sure. We ended up leaving and asking for a refund which they gladly did so that I do appreciate! Not one to usually complain but it was horrible.
