Spark by Hilton Paducah

The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were new and felt spacious and clean.

No hot breakfast ! Workers was very rude about breakfast starts at 6:00 am but no hot breakfast come out and only same stuff that get put out about 5:30 so why do you have to wait !! Very rude worker in morning shift ! Will stay in different place next time !!

This is a very nicely renovated property with very nice fixtures. However was obviously a property with prior smoking rooms. Cosmetic renovation cannot cover up the imbedded smell of stale smoke. The bed was also too soft for our taste.

Clean and welcoming hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

They offer a breakfast bar just bagels/ cereal and muffins nothing hot

Property was undergoing renovations at the time, which was not terribly disruptive. I’d stayed there dozens of times over the years and didn’t realize they would be working on the place, so it was jarring to walk the halls and into the room - it was a completely different place. It was nicely appointed and clean. Plenty of green space around the property to walk your dog, well-lit lot, centrally located. They removed the little kitchenettes from the rooms, unfortunately.

Was very disappointed that there was no coffee pots in the room. Also for the price of the room I exspected a little more than a very slim continental breakfast

I arrived prior to the change of ownership. However the signs were Hilton. Interesting to hear if prices will rise?

Easy access Construction going on during stay

Property was undergoing construction and renovation. New carpets, paint, etc and updated amenities were nicer. Pool was closed due to renovations and there was some confusion on which breakfast items to put out due to some being for new name to be revealed later that day.

Stayed for a night. Overall good. Breakfast wasn’t that great as my family mentioned . Plus, Auburn place changed its name and we had no clue about. Ended up circling and holiday inn mentioned now it’s Spark

While the breakfast that was provided was typical, the room we had was quite nice and newly furnished. The biggest problem we had was finding the hotel. We had not been informed that the name was changed from Auburn to Sparks. Spent over an hour trying to find the place. Luckily, a nearby hotem employee helped us out.

We happened to stay during transition to Sparks. Pool was not open. Staff was a little pre-occupied with transition. Air conditioner was really noisy but worked. I'm sure it will come around.

Room was great! We preferred to have an accessible room, but they were all being renovated. Breakfast was very limited. Hotel was in the midst of renovations so that may have been the problem.

Exceptional

Friendly staff, comfy bed. Good breakfast in spite of renovations taking place. Like all Hiltons, the TV is complicated & frustrating to operate.

The room was clean and roomy. They were remodeling. Therefore the pool was not open, The breakfast area wasn't good.

Convenient location and accommodations of staff. We traveled with our dogs and they made it comfortable
