We had a lake view room that was as promised. I loved the ability to have separate beds for all who wanted. The rooms were quiet for the most part and well maintained. I am grateful for the daily waters and coffees and the room refreshes. We were able to partake in the pools and the food and it was magnificent. The pools were all busy but never uncomfortable. The food was all fresh and very flavorful.

The staff was nice and helpful the room was clean and nice

We loved all the pool options, especially the lazy river. It was also convenient to order room service when we were too tired to go out. The shuttle was easy to use and made getting to and from Disney springs a breeze. Highly recommend!

Clean facility and area to be in. Close to parks, good walk around the property and good onsite dining. Would stay again!

This resort was nothing short of amazing! We throughly enjoyed all of the activities they had going on daily, especially the aqua Zumba and the Latin nights! The staff were also wonderful and accommodating. The rooms are slightly outdated but it does look like some of the buildings on the property are undergoing renovation. Everything was clean and well maintained. There were about 7 pools two of which had water slides and two lazy rivers. I would 10000 percent recommend!

I actually booked this hotel for two reasons, 1) the location was optimal 2) online it lists a car service as an amenity; however, this latter was not available at this hotel which was the only disappointment of my short stay.

Excellent. Will stay here again!

Overall, the hotel was very nice. Clean and well maintained. The front desk staff along with bell hops and valets were also very pleasant. However, my issues came from the egregious amount of taxes and fees they charge for both the amenities themselves as well as for "self parking". I can understand $15-$25 per day if you valet your vehicle, but this is not the case. $35 to self park and $45 for valet!? That's ridiculous! Also, if that wasn't enough a collective $750 hold was placed on my credit card for incidentals that took roughly 7 full business days to come off. I can understand $100-$300, but $750!? The Waldorf is next door guys! Furthermore, both your main bar and pool bar shut down by 10pm and 11pm even on the weekend during 3 major sports championships!? (NHL,NBA,WrldCup) Not only was this a vacation trip but 1 for business as well. God's honest truth I've stayed in far better hotels throughout the country, didn't spend nearly as much, and had nicer accommodations. Specifically other Wyndham properties along with competitors. All in all, beautiful grounds, but Wyndham..You can and need to do far better, especially considering this properties location! I may come back to stay there someday, but it'll take a whole lot of heavy convincing and apologies.

Great overall experience. I'm now a member.

The hotel overall was good. I will say it is sad how you get nickle and dimed for EVERYTHING! Parking a car costs $36 a day yet they offer NO SHUTTLE to and from the airport. My friend wanted to purchase a snack and when she got to the register she said forget it. I get it, the hotel is a business, however this hotel, and 'm sure many others, have reduced hospitality to mean rip off and take advantage of people on vacation. How about we get back to the basics and STOP the greed!

The room was so clean, breakfast buffet was AMAZING.

We especially commend the valet staff as they were always cheerful and quick to help us load up, unload and have the car available. Our disappointment was the cost of the food. We went to the seafood restaurant and while the food was good I wouldn’t say it was great which was disappointing for $120. We tried the 152 club and it was just OK. Again almost $100 for 1 sandwich, one medium pizza and one drink. We went to breakfast downstairs and again just OK. My husband loved the omelets but everything was buffett at $25 each. I each less than 1 cup of food in a meal so it was very expensive even at the kids price. The one restaurant we were most impressed with was the poolside bar and grill. The drinks we well made, the staff very on their toes and friendly, and the food was impeccable. Full of flavor and plenty to eat. I would especially recommend the Ahi Tuna Bowl or the Philly Cheesestake, but again $100 or more. So nice room, clean place, friendly staff but don’t eat at the resort if you’re watching a budget.
