Beautiful hotel, wide variety of food options, excellent atmosphere, exceptionally clean. Staff in all areas were prompt, friendly, and helpful. The lazy river was fantastic. The convention center was an excellent location for professional development and meetings. The proximity to Orlando life, Disney, and Universal was perfect!! Highly recommend!

It was so clean and no matter what staff member I asked, my questions always got answered. I loved the texting service they provided if you need anything. They cleaned my room every day I stayed and I was very happy with that! I stayed for 5 nights and I would go back again!

I provided both my ID and credit card. The reservation was under my company's name, which also happens to be my last name. Despite seeing the reservation on his computer, he continued to insinuate that we had not booked a room. I found his attitude unprofessional and unhelpful. Once he finally handed me the room keys, he offered no information about where the room was located. I had to ask what floor it was on and how to get there. It felt as though the moment he realized I was not booking directly as a member, he no longer wanted to assist me. Ironically, my wife and I are members, but the rate was significantly better through Expedia than booking directly. The following day, my wife needed a bandage, so I stopped by the front desk to ask for one. The same employee provided it, but his attitude was unchanged and came across as cold and unfriendly. The next issue was the pool area. My family used the pool on both days of our stay, and each day there was trash left around the pool deck. There were ducks in and around the pool, leaving droppings

Bed was uncomfortable for the price of this resort. Would recommend cleaning the pool/lazy river of debris, otherwise nice Hilton decor.

Kids loved the resort- it is $50 additional per day but something cheaper for kids in Orlando. Cocoa beach is only an hour away!

It was in a great location. The breakfast was one of the most delicious and over the top breakfast we’ve ever encountered.

It’s a nice looking hotel but I don’t understand why they have to have carpet in the rooms for such newish looking hotel. With the humidity in Florida, it felt damp all the time which to me is gross. Also the water pressure on the showerhead was extremely low and I know they have to have flow restricter in them but the pressure was well below average for hotels. Also, on the third day of our 5 night stay, I was locked out of the room and I went to the front desk 5 times back and forth and wasted 1 hour of my family’s time who were tired and just wanted to go to the room to relax. Each time I was promised issue was resolved. It turned out that there was a billing issue which I don’t understand why since I provided my credit card details during checking in on my mobile for incidentals. Apparently they wanted to collect the resort fees in person. I just don’t get it, why even allow me to check in via mobile and having me to enter my credit card details, just block it or use the technology properly to notify and charge for the fees you require to be paid. I am extremely disappointed with Hilton for this weird process and their staff who really didn’t know what they were doing.

Even though it’s close to Disney, it’s definitely not Disney service. Staff was completely overwhelmed at all stations, from check in to restaurants, for Memorial Day weekend. Maybe they are better during off peak demand.

We were stuck the farthest from elevators. We were charged for EVERYTHING! A martini cost 30 dollars! 40 dollars to self Park. Not worth it.

This resort has it all. It was extremely busy this visit with conferences going on. It made the resort feel a bit more chaotic.
