It’s okay for a short stay

I was only there for one night, but the guest experience was amazing. Check-in was a breeze and the bar/kitchen is amazing. Shout out to Claudia (the bartender) for being a bright cheerful soul!

Great place to stay clean, nice pool and staff is terrific.

If you are there to get a good night’s sleep, this works well…Amenities in the room where non existent but that doesn’t affect me. Everything is an upcharge but the room was great.

It was a very clean hotel and the bed was very comfortable.

The manager, Lee, was kind, accommodating and professional. He went out of his way to help me and answer my questions. The shuttle driver, William, was also very sweet and got me to the airport safely. I would highly recommend this property!

The room itself was clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The air conditioning was not working properly, leaving the room extremely humid and uncomfortable. Since I arrived very late and had to be up early the next morning, it wasn’t practical to request a room change. The biggest issue was the shuttle service. It took me over an hour to get from the airport to the hotel after I had already collected my luggage. When I called the hotel, the staff member told me the shuttle was parked and waiting. I arrived at the pickup location within two minutes, but the shuttle was nowhere to be found. Another hotel’s shuttle was there instead. After waiting another 15 minutes, I called again and was told by the front desk manager that I had “missed” the shuttle. Thankfully, a driver from another hotel was kind enough to give me a ride. The shuttle service was poorly managed, and the staff’s communication and professionalism left a lot to be desired. While the room was clean, the transportation issues and uncomfortable room made for a frustrating stay.

First of all the lights in the room was not working except 1 light which I have never ever seen in any hotel before , also as VIP gold one of the perks was 10$ food and beverage credit , when I asked the front desk upon checking the person didn't know any thing about it, when I asked about it the next morning I was handed a 10$ off 40$ coupon so that is false advertisement because that is a discount not a credit !

Nice hotel but they charge for noon check out, that is unacceptable to me. I will not stay here again.
