Noise

Localización buena. Habitación no buena, nevera bota el agua, bañera rota, aire hace un ruido que parece un jackhammer. Pero lo peor fue la sorpresa del desayuno; jugo está dañado y así se lo daban a uno, la mezcla del panqueque estaba mala y ácida y del huevo ni hablar. Tengo foto de todo. Ni expedía ni el hotel se hicieron responsable y devolvió nada de dinero de allí salí con el estómago dañado. Y para colmo llegó una inyección o sea medicina de nevera que gracias a Dios estaba sellada por que cuando abrí la nevera estaba bajo agua. En fin no se queden allí es lo peor. No deseo que les pase lo que me pasó a mí.

Basic standards of cleanliness and upkeep are essential for a comfortable guest experience, and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet those standards. I hope management takes immediate actions to improve housekeeping practices and facility maintenance for future guests.

Clean room and breakfast area

Beds were comfortable and the rest were okay and old

When we turned lights off, a beetle flew around the room. The room was stuffy and kinda smelled. And birds were chirping so loudly starting at 2:00 AM and made noise all night/morning. Very hard to sleep. We were in a room by the pool.

However, the property is at a loud, awkward intersection. The room itself completely falls apart. The toilet takes 4 flushes to work, and staff just handed me a plunger—I’m not doing maintenance on my staycation. A previous guest blew up the microwave, leaving me without one the first night. The replacement was plugged into a cheap power strip, which is a major fire code violation. The TV is a 15-year-old joke with 2.5-inch bezels. My Type-C to HDMI cables work at hundreds of hotels, but not here; it doesn't support screen mirroring or Samsung DeX. You get under 50 DirecTV channels (no HBO/Cinemax). The room is so dim my VR headset couldn’t track, and the alarm clock flashes red constantly like police lights. The furniture is trashed—the loveseat has a huge burn hole in the center. The bathtub floor is stained and peeling off. Breakfast was mediocre with tiny pancakes and upsetting 2% milk, so I just went to Wawa. The in-room coffee machine leaks water everywhere, the AC filter is black with nicotine grime, the mini-fridge freezer is totally iced over, and the hot water is hit-or-miss. At $300, it’s not worth it. The only reason this is a 2-star review instead of a 1 is because the staff was actually very nice.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The facility is a well maintained and clean and comfortable place to stay.

Older property setup is like a motel. Did the job for me for 1 night sleep but I would not take my family there

We did not stay as the mattresses in two rooms were stained and moldy

Breakfast was bad. Mini pancakes, powered like eggs and no fruit at all.

The breakfast is very basic and limited in options.
