Very friendly and very helpful staff the room was phenomenal had some minor things that needed to be fixed but the owner gets these done as soon as possible. Great location I was so relaxed and fairly quiet which was a welcomed surprise for being downtown Orlando. The restaurant at the back of the Inn serves wonderful food and great staff and service. The location is a hidden jewel I will only stay there from now on I travel to Orlando.

The staff was friendly and attentive both in the hotel as well as the restaurant downstairs (the outpost)as an additional surprise the food served in the restaurant was top notch and delicious ! I highly recommend this place for a stay and will return in the future !

This is the only hotel that ive ever extended my stay at- usually I just pack up and go to the next location but this place was perfect for me

Facility was a but musty and damp especially where the carpeting was old. Room was okay. Window AC was too cold or warm & damp. Needed to be adjusted.

This hotel is an older building, and it looks like they're trying to make upgrades. Our room was one of the older rooms that had previously sustained some water damage. That being said, the room smelled a little "damp" at times, but it is what it is. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, and if we're in the area again, we'll stay here again.

The best thing about this place was the air conditioning by far, no bad smell and great service, very amiable

The main complaints I had, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, it’s like it was too big for the door frame or something. And the mattress wasn’t that comfortable.

This was probably a $14.99 hotel room a few years ago. And that's where it should stay

Good location 15 minute walk to downtown Orlando and it’s a 8 minute uber to camping world stadium. This is the best place to stay if you’re going to festivals in Orlando. TV was mad small

Everything is very dated, there's a strong smell of cigarettes, and if you open the window, the pipe from the restaurant downstairs blows kitchen smells into your room. Breakfast is also close to none - just ticking a box.

This place is cute and charming without being fussy, and they take great care in keeping the place really clean. Great staff and great location - walking distance to Lake Eola and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
