Quality Inn & Suites Orlando East - UCF Area

Desayuno muy pobre, atencion recepcion poco amigable, Bueno solo para dormir, nada mas.

The floor was not very clean, the tv remote did not work, the lamp either, some of the light switches were mostly useless, no shower cap, no shelf in the shower to put soap and the breakfast was missing proteins.

It was not handicapped available. Bathroom shower was not safe for an elderly.

I have traveled the world and stayed in some bad hotels when they were the only option, but this is one I would avoid at all costs. The room did not have a chair to sit in or even a chair for the desk. The seal around and under the door was so poor that hot air poured in, and even with the air conditioner set to 68 degrees, it could barely keep the room livable. Bugs of almost any size could have easily walked right in. The room felt second-rate, and the parking lot was covered in dirt and trash. I was visiting my son in college and wanted to stay nearby, but I clearly picked the wrong hotel. Even the coffee creamer provided in the room was so old that, after I thoroughly washed the coffee maker made a cup and poured it in, it would not dissolve. If you are planning a trip to Orlando and this hotel is your only option, take my advice: sleep in your car instead.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I am not one to leave a review but this hotel. The quality of this place absolutely was the worst and we travel often. One of my guest was showering and the glass door exploded on her. Full scale broken. She had gotten hurt. Blood all over the towel and doors and instead of giving us any compensation for their quality of the door being absolutely trash. They charged us for the deposit and tried to blame it on us for breaking the door. The staff did not care about our safety and only their money. Mind you, we are all full grown adults there is no reason for us to break the door. So we will be suing for this horrible horrible experience and their lack of accountability for the quality of their equipments.

The room smelled like moldy dish water. We saw small roaches in the room and they were doing construction in the rooms above us at all hours. It was not a great place to stay. Do not recommend and will not go back.

If you need a place to stay one night then this is a place for you. It’s just one night it’s decent.

The room was very modern and recently remodeled. The room had a wet musty smell when I got there through the night. I was woken up before 7am with very loud drilling and grinding sounds and an alarm going off for hours right next door. A brand new hotel is being built. Had I known that I wouldn't have booked there. Part of what I was so looking forward to was being able to sleep in.

Room was recently renovated, you could fin dust under the sofa. Bathroom has nowhere to put your toiletries and nowhere to hang the towels. There was only one person at the front desk and this was graduation weekend. Breakfast on a Sunday morning ended at 9 am!!! This property has a lot of potential but still needs a lot of TLC.
