Very convenient location near UCF with a lot of places to eat nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and it was very easy to park every time.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews and the brand. I honestly don't understand how this hotel has a score of 8.0. the place is old, elevator barely working (4 person Max) yellow caution tape everywhere, the carpet is super dirty, AC in the room was super loud 🔊. Fan in the bathroom sounds like a train passing by. The room was spacious.

I travel weekly for work and events and I was very disappointed. The sheets were dirty, pillows were little squares not standard pillows. Pillow cases had make up and black stuff all over. Towels were all stained. There were dead bugs in the bathroom. Room smelled like mold. AC was very loud and made a whistling noise every time it would turn off. The TV didn’t work because there was no connection. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on outside. I arrived at 11pm after a 5 hour drive and left at 8am, couldn’t wait to leave. Horrible experience.

The Staff The AC did not work well. Sweating all night. No AC in the hotel. Towels had stains on them.
