Orlando Palms Hotel

This is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at! Ended up leaving the same night we checked in. The pictures of the lobby are true and nice but the rooms are dirty, not maintained and low end to say the least. AC units are full of dust and barely work. Carpets are old and stained and just a terrible place. Look for somewhere else.

For the price the hotel wasn’t terrible, all we did was sleep there. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the front desk staff didn’t really make sure we felt welcome.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, muito próximo do Flórida mall e de postos de gasolina, mercados, lanchonetes e lojas de rua. O atendimento é cordial, quarto amplo e limpo, amenidades para higiene. Oferece café, leite, chá e água no saguão durante todo o dia, possui estacionamento gratuito. A limpeza é feita a cada 03 dias, nada que interfira na qualidade da hospedagem, até pq, desconheço alguém que troque toalhas antes de 3 dias em casa. Não é um hotel de luxo, é um hotel com bom preço e que oferece o básico de forma excelente.

It is not like the pictures, smells very bad and the rooms are in very bad conditions.

The hotel is old

Very old and poorly maintained. Leaking ice machine and wet carpet. Room smelled musty and humid. The bed mattress was old and you could feel the springs. Toilet was loose and crooked and crack ceilings. Would not stay here ever

Staff was lovely. Room was dated. Only one of the four cardio machines in the gym worked. None of the ice machines on our floor worked.

Buen Hotel con un Personal Maravilloso.

Clean , perfect location around fun activities, affordable also, polite staff, kind guest in passing each other, perfect location.

The room was large and spacious. That was nice. I have plenty of room to myself. I had a king size bed a desk, a couch, TV, a fridge and they had a nice showerhead, but the hotel is old and you do get what you pay for. I took a chance on the hotel despite the reviews and it’s not that the rooms don’t look like the pictures they do it’s that it’s the cleanliness and the amenities in the room don’t work. My TV did not work the whole time I had switched out my remote four times none of them worked had to control the TV manually directly on the TV, which was a pain in the ass. My fridge was leaking water. It was a pool of water at the bottom so I keep a towel so that wouldn’t spill over and get on the carpet. They don’t offer housekeeping unless it’s been three days I needed. I change trash and clean towels because I had to wipe up the water from the leaking fridge. There was no safe in the room to keep your belongings secure no microwave no coffee or tea maker if you’re there for business and those things are important to you than I suggest finding a hotel that has those available for you the coffee sucked in the lobby area. I didn’t have the breakfast, but I heard the reviews The breakfast wasn’t good anyways.. the worst part was someone vomited outside of the elevator on the second floor. I reported it to the doofus that worked nights and he said he would let his coworker know on how to clean it up well the next morning it was still sitting there. That’s what did it for me.

About the property. There is a bus stop right in front to take you to the Florida Mall. Many places to eat within a short drive. A McDonalds and Dunkin next door. I stay here between cruising. I highly recommend the Palm.

Property was very clean front desk helpful but need a little update but I will be glad to booking again with them …the best I did like was the shower and the area have many restaurants and stores that you can go for anything

Close to all the attractions… room was clean. Hot water and air conditioner was good.

Clean room

I stayed there for a concert and it was exactly what you paid for! When I first got there, the room’s lock wouldn’t work and the staff was super helpful and helped me change rooms. Never got any service inside the room though, no bed or towel changes.

Parking plentiful Rooms clean AC great Food great Boutique Vibe. Excellent
