Florida Hotel & Conference Center in the Florida Mall

The amazing thing about this property is how it flows/opens into the Florida Mall and MANY shops, an impressive food court and a great area I could walk indoors on a hot day. There is a Target very close by, the parking was free and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not use the outdoor pool but did check it out. There is a lot of privacy which is nice. Nice stay, not too far from Universal and Disney and the airport (20 minutes??? Look it up yourself) Lots of dining and shopping choices outside of the mall also within a quick drive. My room was quiet. I could control the temp in my room easily too.

For us we would love if windows could open a bit, because we like natural air, rather than heating or aircon, especially cool evenings, but we understand safety issues, as high up. Would recommend 100%!

Decent room, good gym facilities and outdoor pool. Friendly staff but disappointing lack of flexibility when asked for a 30 minute extension to checkout time.

The staff were all pleasant and friendly! Bed wasvery comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and love that it was connected to The Florida Mall. It was a great experience for my granddaughter and I.

Clean room. Very quiet. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of outside parking fences and gated. Nice pool. Not concerned about shops nearby. We stayed there because the bus to Daytona 500 is always convenient. Would definitely recommend this property for your next stay. Stayed here many times.

Desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

This property is very outdated and poorly maintained. The room smelled of old cigarettes and funk. I ended up having to just cancel the stay and book a Airbnb the same day. It was awful.
