La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Orlando Airport West

Room was okay ! Bed was comfortable but the sink faucet was broken . The messed up reservation ! The front desk lady was very rude and gave us a hard time according to her reservation was not my name after we locked ourselves out the room ! The Spanish guy was friendly and helpful. The lady was horrible absolutely at customer service ! Will not use this facility again

The room was clean,big,privete.nice room.

The breakfast is more American-style; the only healthy options for me were the scrambled or boiled eggs. The property could use better maintenance, though the rooms are clean and accessible. The staff was fantastic—available to help 24/7. The only issue was that the water came out scalding hot on some days. Otherwise, it’s a good, safe location close to everything.

We were checked into a room without air conditioning and wet carpet. Thankfully, the man at the front desk was wonderful and extremely helpful in assisting us with changing rooms.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Pool was dirty, never saw anyone vacuum it. Ice machine was broken. Rooms are old, smelly and outdated. Carpet looked like there was DNA from a porn shoot all over it. I had fruit flies in my room from the time I arrived until I left. I was there 5 days and my sheets weren’t changed not a single time. Several homeless people in the parking lot soliciting me for food and money. I can go on and on, but I think I made my point. I wouldn’t stay there again if it was for free.

The staff was decent but the over place reminded me more of a motel. It reeked of mildew, the tub was awful, the key didn't even work and the bed felt like we were sinking into the middle. Only reason why we stayed was because it was close to the airport and or flight got canceled. We just needed something for over night and we slept on top of the sheets because it just looked off inside. Left before breakfast and not sure if we would've ate it. McDonald's was right next door so that's where we ate.

Good accommodation, wonderful breakfast.

The restaurant that was next to the hotel had amazing music and and amazing food. A must stop there. The staff was friendly. You pay for the price. The staff was super friendly but the room was outdated. The room door didnt close properly and I can only assume someone kicked it as there was a shoe print on the door. The paint and sealant was peeling in the shower and the faucet had a steady drip even when the water was completely ruined off. The room had a musty smell.

The location is convenient, the rooms however could use some renovation. But other than that it was a reliable place to stay and the staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms could use some renovation, for example, my door lock was broken, the tub in the bathroom was peeling and the sink faucet was loose.

Nothing The room stink. Sheets have stains. The bed is disgusting. Every time I leave my room I have to reset my key. Front desk lady has an excuse for everything. Need better management and staff.
