Everything was nice and the staff friendly and helpful.

I love the amount of space in these rooms. The large refrigerator is nice if you’re cooling large drinks. The breakfast is good. The biscuits were very good. You can use them to make a really tasty breakfast sandwich or use the other options for your bread. Coffee is always available. One of my favorite places to stay in Opelika. We don’t have a dog, but the hotel is dog friendly.

This property was newly renovated so everything in our room was brand new. The beds were very comfortable. This will be our go to when traveling between Central Florida and Athens, Alabama.

Property was clean. Room was also. Staff was great at check in. The AC noise was the only noise that was a issue.

It was okay, I likely wouldn’t stay at this particular location again.

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were incredible. Anything we needed they were already ahead of us and and had it available. Breakfast was amazing as well There is nothing really I could even complain about or recommend. The hotel was everything our family needed.

Exceptional staff…very hospitable and accommodating. Comfort of room was NEXT LEVEL…will definitely stay again!

My only issue was the printer for the computers were not connected or working

fitness center looked great, but peloton pedal was bent, other upright bike was just ok

The Breakfast was fresh an comfortable.

Spacious Bed was not comfortable and the bathroom door kept getting jammed.

The hotel was good and staff friendly. The breakfast was just okay…

The hotel itself was great. When we arrived our payment was showing as not paid then the computers went down and we were left with not knowing what hotel room was booked for us. The receptionist was very helpful and apologetic but we waited around 25 min to get a room. When we can checked out it again showed we had not paid so I paid for the room but ended up getting charged twice. When I went back later that day I was told a manager would need to handle this. I called the next day and was told the manager was out for a little bit and would call back. I didn’t hear anything so I called back the next day and was told the manager would be back after the weekend. When the manager came in 3 days later it was handled without calling me. I called and they were apologetic telling me that it was a rare occurrence. All is good but it was definitely frustrating having to deal with it for 5 days after arriving home.

Excellent room and hotel.
