Holiday Inn Ontario Airport by IHG

Rooms were very clean. My issue was there was someone upstairs making so much noise at 2am in morning pounding on floors and running. I complained couple of times but it continued throughout the morning. I booked room because I didn’t want to make a drive I was exhausted and I didn’t get sleep because of this. I did let front desk know also when I checked out. She was apologetic about the situation. I felt the night person should of handled a little better because this isn’t okay I paid money to stay here at this point I should of just drove home.

I. Liked that’s it’s within the distance to airport. I. Don’t like there’s no convenience stores in walking distance. Breakfast was ok. But couldn’t bring food back to. The room

It was very quiet and comfortable

Room was fairly clean. The hotel is a bit dated and in need of repairs. The pool furniture was dirty with cobwebs under them which made me worry about spiders and possibly getting bitten. There were quiet hour signs but it wasn’t well enforced as kids were screaming at the pool rather late. I didn’t like that I couldn’t call the front desk. When you called it gave you a number to text but they wouldn’t respond. Overall I won’t stay there again and I have several trips planned to the area in the future. I’d look elsewhere.

So the days I stayed there, I didn’t want room service all I wanted was a set of towels but the could only provide me with 1 towel, I asked why they said something like sometimes we run out, and that happened twice.

Arrived early and they let me check on. Yay

No airport shuttle. They other contractors who don't show up on time. Also, very poor food options and nothing near hotel.

A lovely hotel with a very convenient location right in the city center. The staff is attentive, and the rooms are well-maintained and clean. The only downside was the street noise at night, so light sleepers might want to request a room on a higher floor. Overall, a great place to stay.

Nice rooms, clean and spacious Lots of parking and safe

Loved the laminate flooring. Tubs needed better cleaning as caulking was turning orange and water sprayed from spout. Freeway was loud. I didn’t feel safe in parking lot in dark.
