It is very outdated with a lot of colonial art display all over the walls some painting are nice some??? Furniture The old school leather couch and your Mohegany furniture which is nice but it can use a little update. Let's focus ON CLEANSES EXCELLENT!! ESPECIALLY THEIR SHOWERS, BATHROOM AND FLOORS. VERY QUITE YOU WILLLL GET SOME GOOD REST AC A BIT SLOW AT LEAST OURS WE HAD TO CHANGE SETTINGS QUITE OFTEN TO COOL IT DOWN. STAFF VERY NICE .

Had an amazing stay here, will definitely book here again. Super beautiful inside and out. Rooms were very clean, the staff was so patient and helpful. Highly recommend!

The decor is a little dated, but the accommodations were clean and very comfortable. REALLY appreciated the layout of the room with a separate sitting area and wet bar with fridge and microwave. We did not use the pool area but it looked clean and inviting. The price was well worth the stay and being close to the freeway (I-10) was so convenient as we just needed a stop-over spot to rest for a long drive. Had we needed to fly out, the airport is SO close. It was quiet and we would stay here again.

Property is a little dated and more needs more detail to room prep for guests: trash bins missing in rooms, closet door wouldn’t close.

Hotel was clean and nice and in a central area for what I was there for. I would go back again.

The tub was nasty and the table were all scratched. And the breakfast they survived you.all the hotel i been i get everything by my self.

To begin, the good. Rooms are spacious, the lobby is attractive, the central pool area is relaxing and well designed. The location has a reasonable pool and spa. That said , now the bad. Carpets are well worn and the A/C was fairly loud, but worked fine. I believe the Microwave was not good as it required well over double the time to reach a acceptable temp. The beds are comfortable and the couch is fair , not uncomfortable from wear. I found my television to be damaged from a previous person (likely) hitting it with something, leaving a large dead area near the top. I reported this and was only told they were aware. I am glad I would not be held responsible as it was reported prior but stayed with a bad TV. Parking areas are nice size and had no issues while there. The Breakfast was fair and a slight improvement since last stay. I would have liked pastries, waffles and such but made due.

The hotel was affordable and nice! Easy access to main areas in Ontario. Went to a concert and it was less than 10 minutes. Clean and friendly and helpful! Felt safe. Would recommend and stay again!

It is an older hotel, the rooms were clean for the most part. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom - could use some better cleaning and fixing up. The hot water situation is horrible, I had cold showers even after they tried to fix it.

Very good

This is a very cute hotel. The rooms are large and clean. The bed was very soft and CLEAN! My only complaint was the breakfast. I really thought it was gonna be better than the average free breakfast but it wasn’t and that was disappointing. In fact, they didn’t even have the waffle maker. We are not picky about traveling and are easily satisfied but I do like my morning waffles. Otherwise, it was a lovely place. And a great location.

The staff was helpful and everyone I spoke to, kind! The breakfast, included, was not bad but also not anything special. It filled the void, remembering you get what you pay for. The offerings everyday were scrambled eggs, sausage links, a variety of cereal, hot oatmel, bread you can toast with jam and butter, coffee, orange drink, and water. Somedays there was yogurt and granola, or fresh fruit, these seamed to swap each other out day to day. Other rotational items: 3rd hot item- either tater tots, biscuits, or pancakes. All in all, not terrible but I did end up ordering a small grocery delivery as I prefer to eat whole, less processed foods. The courtyard was lovely and clean, as well as the pool! I had read reviews before I checked in that there was a shuttle service to and from the Ontario airport. When I arrived , I did not find any indication of this service and the app suggested to book did not work. Not a bad for the price and convenient.

The staff was perfect. Although there is no shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, the staff gave me useful information about a free ride service provided by the City of Ontario, called 'The GOAT.' It is super good.

Very good

Really nice and convenient location Our window was facing the very busy street with railroad noise. Our bathtub was backing up with someone else’s sewer water. It was pretty disgusting experience, since the maintenance worker just rinsed the tub and cleaned up the drain. It backed up again the next day. The maintenance didn’t show up.

Staff was wonderful during my stay, but the property itself is not very well kept. There is a lot of broken things, lifted floor planks, lifted cracked concrete by the pool, dirty pool and jacuzzi, stained and old raggedy towels. The continental breakfast was so mediocre and a lot of the food was stale like the hash browns and granola. They had cereal but no milk so many people kept asking! the owners of this place really need to step it up I will never stay here again, I do not recommend it.

Everything was satisfactory except for the room temperature. We got in our room late in the evening and the air had been turned off. The temp felt like the 80s and the AC lacked suffient output to cool the room down. Even opened the windows to try helping but it didn't help much. This made it very difficult to get any quality sleep.
