Motel 6 Ontario, CA - Convention Center - Airport

They were bugs on my bed. And in the bathroom. There was a strong nasty odor coming from the bathroom. There were people camping oit in the parking lot.

There was dog poop in the stairs.

The pool

The room was clean. Appreciate that I could have my dogs with me. Luckily the property has an elevator as the room we were assigned was on the third floor. The pool area did not seem kept up. Needless to say I did not use the pool or spa during my stay.

Poorly ran, staff inadequate, drug/alcohol infestation, criminal activity was obvious on the premise, bath towels looked soiled, bed sheets weren't cleaned up to a standard of decency, 2 TVs but only 1 worked and the front desk was made aware of this with no efforts in making that situation right. Apparent residents on property with big dogs that constantly barked. Parking is horrible.

Loiters were at the base of the stairs blocking it and smoking. Smelled like dirty diapers and ozone.

Parking with loud music, cars with flat tires, dog barking in close by unit, homeless guy walking around, fire truck and paramedics arriving.......... bathroom with broken paper holder, bed sheets with spots, small holes (overused!!!)

Does not look like in the pictures. Room was dirty and bed was uncomfortable My room felt like i was dealing drugs in a trap house

Not enough parking. Parking was filled at max when i got there found 1 spot open. Floor felt slippery like they didnt clean it good with a clean mop. Mirror by tv was wiped down with dirty cloth. Not clean thorughly and you were able to see the streak marks. In the shower one shower head missing and the other shower head had both shower head. One on the wall the other one to use on had. It was leaking alot of water. Also, the damn bed it was comfortable but it was too noisy. The frame was an alluminum frame. It was very noisy. Also, my wife kept complaining about the water wasnt hot enough to shower.

It would be nice to have better TV channels. It would nice to also not have to pay a deposit for an iron just in case your clothing are wrinkled.. And smoking rooms
