The air conditioner worked and the sheets were clean, but the room smelled of urine and alcohol and the bathroom sink was clogged. The carpet was very dirty and all the surfaces as well.

The hotel was poorly maintained. The front door to the hotel has duct tape holding the lock in. In the room the light switch on the wall did not work. None of the lamp switched worked. I had to plug and unplug the lamps to have a light. The shower head had as much water coming out the back of it as it did the front. The mattress was extremely comfortable and having a recliner in the room was great.

The window in the room we could completely take out of the track, no screen. and the amount of "trash and car parts" at the base of our window was insane.

This is a place where unfortunate souls go to pass on to the next life. My bed sheets had cigarette burns and large dark stains on them. ~40% of the wall was "repaired" but not painted. None of the wall switches worked. The carpet was so old and dirty it looked like gel. And before any of that, the smell was awful throughout the hotel. I saw a softball mom and daughter carry all of their stuff out to their car, and along the way, slammed down their room key and say "were leaving." At no point should humans occupy this establishment, and Hotels.com should no longer offer this as a place to stay. Truck stop bathrooms are more sanitary. I never let my dog get out of the car, as I would not want him to have even walked into that place. Please do not book this place, and let it get condemned. Needless to say, I too did not stay here and left immediately.

Room wasn’t clean dust on headboard of bed & dirty floor also issues with door to open & close & a bag on the ceiling

Will say it had only minimum to rate a 1. Ceiling over bed and shower peeling. Breakfast a joke. A few pieces of bed and jelly, and cereal in dispensing containers that were probably old. TV had to be reset by non English speaking staff that only had one remote to do so. Room key had to be rest nearly every day.

The place smells terrible - smells like smoke and unsure what the other smells were, but gross! The floors are stained in the hallways - the room didn’t appear vacuumed. There was a cigar butt on the floor at the head of the bed. The shower curtain had black stains on it, the bathroom ceiling was peeling, and the shower was covered in shower scum. There was a robbery on the premises overnight - so we awoke to police presence. The “breakfast” was dry cereal or toast - the coffee was empty and juice machine dripped brown fluid. We requested a rollaway bed in the app as it was listed as an amenity, but when we got there the guy at the front desk didn’t know what I was talking about and gave me 2 sheets and said our kid could sleep on the floor. The A/C unit was incredibly loud and would kick in and back off all night long - waking all of us up in the room. Not sure how this place is still in business!

Very poor property. The lobby smelled of marijuana. Everything looked shabby and falling apart. Our room had a bad smell. The air-conditioning didn’t work well. They were stains on the walls and on the bedspreads. The blankets were tattered with holes. The bathroom had mold. We decided not to stay and left for another hotel.

The whole place smelled like cigarettes and weed. People yelling and fighting at different times throughout the night. The door to room didn't lock properly so no sleep, scared someone would just walk in. The A/C didn't work and the room was warm. The only thing that worked well was the shower but the towels smells like cigarettes. So disappointed. Never again.

Dirty, old and unkept. Spend the extra $40.

It was complete trash! Windows broken, people living there, no breakfast and the whole thing was very dirty. Highly do not recommend!

Roaches and Mice. Found a roach in my cereal today that they serve for breakfast!

Faucet in bathtub was bent down and dripped the rntire night. Not able to take a bath asnot able to plug drain. Lots of dog feces around the property.

I didnt stay .the room was traahed like someone had broken in.the bed covers had visible stains the bed was pulled in the middle of the room away from the wall.absoulutely disgusting.

Wife checked bed and found 2 bed bugs. Went to front desk and checked out. This was 10 minutes after check in. They refused to refund money and did not seem to care. This was room number 217

I did not check-in. I didn't stay at the location. The place is ran down. It didn't look like a safe place to stay. The lobby didn't have a pleasant smell. It was a turn off from the appearance of how unkept the place was. So, I stayed at another location. Didn't get a refund.

Paid for a queen bed and had a full size. On 3rd floor, no elevator, husband is disabled and received no help with luggage. Only 3 tv stations, none local, and lost reception every 2 minutes. Roaches.
