My vehicle was safe
-
It’s not clean enough
-
Stay a night and find out. Horrible experience will literally never repeat.
-
This is a very standard motel, not the best location, but the important thing that it is near the BART station just minutes away. So if you’re going to San Francisco, it’s a good location to stay.
-
The location is questionable, and they requested a $100 cash deposit before conducting check in Additionally, they were unable to accept a card as a form of payment.
-
The staff was rude and were very disrespectful.
-
Great coustomer service
-
No one answered we weren't able to check in
-
After notifying the motel of late arrival due to an Amtrak safety issue requiring Stockton police involvement, I was unable to provide a definitive time on arrival so was told reservation would be cancelled. Agent on phone rude & condescending. So booked elsewhere
-
I’ve been staying here for years for work. Yes they require 100 cash deposit. Yes, they can be rude. Yes, the area isn’t the best. But they are good people, friendly most of the time
-
It was easy to reserve
-
The room was clean. Bedding was not all that great in terms of comfort. The big plus is that it is conveniently located near a BART station. Unfortunately there is a homeless encampment nearby.
-
The room was fine. Kitchenette, fridge with working freezer, and microwave were great. The one surprise was that the required a cash deposit and didn’t give a receipt for the cash.
-
Extremely rude staff I was honestly astonished, kept trying to put me in a smoking room until I showed them i specifically requested non smoking, also required 100 cash deposit upfront. The room was digusting stains on every layer of the bedding and all over the floor as well as socks from someone previously there the bathroom was good though. I do not recommend.

The people here are as bad as it gets. Don’t waste your time. They make you pay at the property so you can’t receive any discounts.
-
This hotel required $100 CASH deposit. I had never heard of that before so I wasn’t caring $100 cash when I went to check in. I didn’t end up staying here, but the area around the hotel felt very unsafe and the hotel itself was very dark and dirty.
-
Cash only business. The front desk lady was unprofessional.
-
Front office has very rude man, who purposely gives you a hard time, like saying booking is not on file. Basically, you get what you pay for, a very old motel, clean property but junk encampment at the corner.
-
It's an old family ran motel. The area is sketch, but I felt safe & had no issues during my stay. Only downside, by choice, very limited English speaking by the front desk.
-
The front desk guy was relatedt to the grinch. That says it all.
